From June 1 – June 7, bars across the U.S. will be taking part in Negroni Week. During the week, bars will donate $1 or more to the charity of their choice for each negroni sold. This year, Miami Beach’s Drawing Room Bar and Lounge has signed up to participate and support a great cause.
The Drawing Room Bar and Lounge and mixologist Albert Trummer have developed the Miller’s Genuine Negroni, made with Martin Millers Gin, Campari, Bonal, Marini Bianco with orange peel and olive garnish. Proceeds from the drink will benefit the National YoungArts Foundation. which helps young, emerging artists by providing them critical support during their professional development.

- 1oz Martin Miller’s Gin
- 1oz Campari
- .5oz Bonal
- .5oz Martini Bianco
- Orange peel, olive
