The Dutch is kicking off its 4th annual BBQ series this Wednesday at 7 p.m., and you’re invited. Dubbed “Bourbon, Beer & ‘Cue,” the outdoor event lets guests enjoy delicious bites cooked up by Chef de Cuisine Conor Hanlon and guest chefs from around town.

“Bourbon, Beer and ‘Cue” will take place each Wednesday in July and feature a different guest chef almost every week. For the kickoff event on July 1, Chef Aaron Brooks of EDGE Steak & Bar will be serving Classic Southern BBQ to attendees. Here’s what the rest of the line up looks like:

Wednesday, July 8

Arrosti Italiani
Guest Chefs Matt Depa and Justin Flit (Proof Pizza & Pasta)

Wednesday, July 15

Traditional Brazilian Rodizio Churrascaria
Executive Sous Chef Adonay Tafur (The Dutch)

Wednesday, July 22

Polynesian BBQ
Guest Chef Timon Balloo (Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill)
Guest Mixologist Robert Ferrara (The Rum Line)

Wednesday, July 29

Guest Chef Steve Santana (Taquiza)
Guest Chef Xavier Torres (Drunken Dragon)

The series will take place outside in the Grove area.

To complement the BBQ offerings, The Dutch’s Executive Pastry Chef Josh Gripper will be crafting a different dessert each week. Small batch breweries are also joining in on the fun, so guests can expect some great brews to wash everything down.

Tickets to the weekly BBQ series cost $40 per person and include tax and gratuity. Beverages are not included. Reservations are strongly recommended. Call 305-938-3111 or email to make a reservation.

The Dutch is located inside the W South Beach on 2201 Collins Avenue.
