When we last visited Tamarina, it was for their delicious happy hour menu. Before that, it was for their awesome dinner offerings. As if we needed another reason to go, the Brickell restaurant has launched one of the best brunches in town. That’s not an exaggeration
Although the restaurant has been around for over a year, they’re just now launching dedicated brunch offerings. Since they’ve had a lot of time to craft the menu, it’s no surprise that they’re firing on all cylinders right out of the gate.
While all-you-can-eat brunch buffets are commonplace, the price at Tamarina is not: $45. That is not a typo. For $45, you get access to a buffet that takes up three of the restaurant’s four sides. Even the pickiest of eaters will find something in this incredible feast that includes all-you-can-eat oysters, charcuterie, cheese and bread as well as a hot station featuring pasta, veggies, pizza and other savory fare.
And of course, there’s a waffle and omelet station to craft your own versions of the traditional brunch favorites. Just make sure to save room for dessert: There’s a table overflowing with decadent goodies including the restaurant’s popular take on the tiramisu, crème brulee and pumpkin treats to celebrate the season.
To help wash down all of that delicious food from Chef Loris Navone and his team, there’s an extensive drink menu divided into two sections: Detox and Retox. As the names suggest, the former category lists non-alcoholic beverages like juices, spritzers, coffee and more; the latter includes Hair of the Dog staples like bellinis, sangria and mimosas. Feel like keeping last night’s party going? An additional $35 gets you access to bottomless libations.
Tamarina’s brunch is Brickell’s new brunch to beat. At $45, the restaurant is practically giving the food away. And that’s good news for you.
Tamarina is located on 600 Brickell Avenue. Brunch runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays. For hours of operation and other information, call 305-770-6223 or visit their official site.
