A spin on the traditional Tom Collins, this cocktail adds peppermint tea for a refreshing, light taste as well as a little champagne to “make it a lil’ fancy.”
1 oz. honeyed peppermint tea
¼ oz fresh lemon juice
¼ oz. fresh lime juice
Splash sparkling wine Combine first four ingredients in shaker; add ice and shake. Strain over fresh ice in highball glass. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with maraschino cherry stained lemon chip.
Our pick for the most festive drink on the menu, this vodka-based cocktail is something we’d whip up for any celebration (again and again).
1 ¾ Citron Vodka
½ Triple Sec
1 oz fresh lemon juice
¾ oz. rosemary syrup
8 dashes cranberry bitters
Combine ingredients in shaker; add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled martini glass with half a sugared rim. Garnish with cranberry and rosemary sprig.
Don’t let this drink’s feminine appearance fool you. Its beauty hides quite the punch behind it, thanks to the mezcal.
2 oz. Mezcal
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
¾ oz. simple syrup
splash rose water
3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Add all ingredients in shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Pour into rocks glass. Garnish with edible rose petals.
One of the night’s favorites, this unique take on the standard Manhattan is strong, full flavored and the perfect night cap. We loved the nuttiness.
2 oz. bourbon
1 oz. Carpano Antica
¼ oz. Smoked Maple Syrup
4/5 dashes Black Walnut bitters
Shake ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with maple-glazed walnut.
After trying this fresh twist on the caipirinha, we won’t be going back to the original any time soon.
2 oz. *Pomegranate-infused Leblon Cachaca
3 Quarted Limes
1 oz. Simple Syrup
Muddle the fresh limes with the simple syrup. Add ice/Cachaca and Shake. Pour into rocks glass.
Because these drinks are seasonal, they won’t be around forever. Take advantage while you can. We sure will.
