Pinch Kitchen Launches Craft Collab

Pinch Kitchen

Pinch Kitchen has announced the launch of its beer and food pairing series, Craft Collab. The quarterly collaboration will team up with a different craft brewery each time to bring a 5-course beer and food pairing dinner series to the Miami Upper Eastside eatery.

“The idea behind Craft Collab is to bring in different beers from the breweries we work with at the restaurant and create a unique menu for them to be paired with,” says Rene Reyes, chef and partner at Pinch Kitchen.

The first installment of Craft Collab will be with M.I.A. Brewing Co., a local South Florida brewery located in Doral. Craft Collab will be held on Tuesday, January 26th from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Guests attending Craft Collab will be welcomed with an amuse-bouche and beer from M.I.A. followed by a 5-course beer and food pairing.

“Guests will get to try a total of six beers that we normally wouldn’t have on tap at the same time, given that we’re small restaurant,” says John Gallo, chef and partner at Pinch Kitchen. “The courses we’re coming up with are also unique to the beers they’re being paired with, so it’s kind of an off the menu dinner pairing,” added Gallo.

Tickets for Craft Collab are $75 inclusive of tax, gratuity, and fees. They may be purchased by visiting

For questions regarding Craft Collab email food and beverage manager, Alex Coello, at or call 305.631.2018.
