Novecento Celebrates 25 Years with a Kitchen Takeover

This year marks Novecento’s 25th anniversary, and the restaurant has been hosting many fun events to celebrate this milestone. One of these events was a a kitchen takeover at the restaurant’s Brickell location with renowned Chef Sebastian La Rocca, culinary director for Enjoy Group of Costa Rica. Chef La Rocca oversees all restaurants and hotels in the group, which includes Bacchus, L’ile de France and Terruño.

For one night only at the Brickell outpost, guests could enjoy a six-course menu developed by Chef La Rocca and inspired by Argentina. We were fortunate to experience the extensive menu for ourselves along with fellow foodies and friends. Here’s what he had throughout the evening.
