Pop quiz: What do bottomless drinks, a mouthwatering buffet and a killer playlist have in common? They can all be found at Delano South Beach during Sunday brunch from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. For $85, guests can enjoy all of the above at Bianca at Delano every weekend. Throw in a beautiful Miami winter day, and you’re in paradise.
Brunch and booze go hand in hand, and there’s no lack of it at Delano’s midday extravaganza. As part of the Sunday brunch, diners can enjoy bottomless Belvedere Bloody Marys and Veuve Cliquot for two hours. That’s a lot of time, and you’re going to need it to wash down the lavish spread. All the while, you’ll be enjoying classic R&B and contemporary hits from the awesome resident DJ.
At the indoor part of the buffet, you’ll find traditional brunch selections like breads, cheeses and fruits alongside a raw bar and a sushi/nigiri station, the latter of which also features bites like dumplings and noodles (served in cute Chinese takeout containers). Do not miss out on the omelet station, which doubles as a pasta station. One of the highlights of our meal was the pasta; our farfalle and penne pastas were cooked perfectly al dente, and the portions were more than generous.
Outside, there’s a grill station that would make any meat lover blush. Expect steak, ribs, lobster tail, shrimp skewers, oysters and other delights. Save room for dessert since there are several tables dedicated to ending your meal on a sweet note. There are cookies, chocolate-dipped strawberries, pies, cakes, macarons, cupcake carousels … you name it.
Top-shelf alcohol. Delicious food. Great music. We love all these things, and Delano South Beach combines all three for a spectacular Sunday funday. Make a reservation and treat yourself — you deserve it.
