Every lady-full table will get the royal treatment at both locations; a round of rose and special chocolate dessert on the house!

Only a girl squad of great talents could pull this off. Luckily, Chef/Owner Daniel Serfer took notes during the new Ghostbusters. Ladies, get in formation:

Devin Braddock, Executive Pastry Chef and land-mermaid, let her imagination run wild in creating her chocolate ‘oyster’ treat.  Braddock crafted a chocolate shell, with a peppermint marshmallow ‘oyster’ and vanilla anglaise ‘liquor.’ “I work in a very male-dominated industry, so lady-friendships are harder to come by and even more sacred. My best friend Dallas is a pastry chef and we are each other’s backbones.  I am thrilled to help celebrate Galentine’s Day and spread the lady love with chocolate!”

Lauren Reskin, Sweat Records founder and Mix-Mistress, created a special playlist to set the mood. The music, like her Netflix cue, will feature strong female leads. Reskin highlights Whitney Houston, Peaches, Beyoncé and includes male artists who celebrate women, “a girl power playlist without Prince really wouldn’t be complete,” Reskin says.

Katia Bechara, Augustan Wine rep and green-thumbed goddess, selected the perfect pink bubbles to pour at each table celebrating. The elegant Spumante Rose by Pertimali Rosato from Italy is “lightly sweet with soft beads of watermelon and strawberry.”

Dress to impress (each other) and come out on Monday, February 13th to celebrate Galentine’s Day!

Sweet Liberty

On Sunday, February 12th, acclaimed neighborhood bar, Sweet Liberty Drinks & Supply Co. is teaming up with Bookleggers Library, a community Miami-based mobile library, to host the very first Sweet “Library” Brunch. What completes Brunch better than Sweet Liberty’s Smoked Duck Benny and Dry Sherry Cobblers? How about an expansive selection of erotic literature, romance novels, and love poems – which is just what Sweet “Library’s” Brunch has to offer. For those new to Bookleggers, there are three simple rules: FIRST, come to Sweet Liberty between 12pm and 5pm and receive one book absolutely FREE. SECOND, each additional book can be purchased for $2. And THIRD, guests can also trade in any of their old, used, or new books – a book for a book. Spice up your Sunday Brunch at Sweet Liberty’s first-ever erotic book exchange shindig!
