Morgan’s Pizza Truck Comes to Wynwood Yard

The Wynwood Yard welcomes its newest food concept, Morgan’s Pizza Truck, with open arms and a big appetite for America’s favorite culinary import, pizza! Morgan’s wood-fired pizzas are a welcome addition, complementing offerings by the ten existing food concepts that also call The Yard home and offering Yard-goers with yet another delicious option for high-quality eats.

Morgan’s Pizza Truck is a family-run business that also comes from a big family of restaurants. Barclay Graebner, the owner of five food concepts and mother of six, knows what it takes to make great food and make people smile. With sister restaurants, Morgan’s Restaurant, Black Sheep, Tacos vs Burritos and Sherwood Bistro bustling around Miami, now The Wynwood Yard provides a home to her free-spirited traveling baby, Morgan’s Pizza Truck.

Don’t be fooled though, this small rover serves a selection of wood-fired pizzas with bold flavors like the mushroom, goat cheese and truffle pizza oozing with mouth-watering goodness or the arugula, burrata and speck pizza reminiscent of small Italian villages where quality ingredients are a must and purity expected. Traditional Margherita and pepperoni elevated to heavenly standards are also on the menu. For dessert, choose between oversized Nutella red velvet or chocolate chip walnut cookies–or have both and double the pleasure.

Try your choice of Morgan’s cookies, along with generous sample portions from four other participating food concepts at The Wynwood Yard, at Taste of The Yard, a weekly event held on Fridays from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. that allows patrons to taste a wide selection of what The Yard has to offer, including a 10-ounce draft beer or garden-infused punch from The Bar at The Yard, for just $25 per person.

Morgan’s operation hours at The Wynwood Yard are from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Tuesdays – Fridays; noon to 2 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. (Closed Mondays).

Guest Chef Dinner at Byblos

On Thursday, August 31st, Byblos Miami + Executive Chef Stuart Cameron have announced that they will be hosting their second 4-course Guest Chef Collaboration dinner with La Boîte’s Chef and world-renowned spice master Lior Lev Sercarz.

From 6pm to 10pm, chefs Stuart and Lior will cook side-by-side to prepare dishes that feature custom spice blends curated by Chef Lior. For $88++pp guests can partake in this flavorful, family style meal and receive a copy of Chef Lior’s cookbook, The Spice Companion, and a selection of his curated spices with an optional wine pairing for $30++pp. All foodies and scenesters are invited to partake in this one-of-a-kind dining experience with open seating times from 6pm – 10pm.

Suviche Las Olas Celebrates 2 Years

SuViche Las Olas will host its Two Year Anniversary Celebration on Thursday, August 24th. The festivities will feature food and drink specials starting with an open bar from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and extended Happy Hour on drinks all night long. Throughout the evening guests will enjoy a live Jazz band as well as a live mural painting by Peruvian artist, Didi Rok.

New Cocktails at PM Fish and Steak House

Looking to cool down this summer with a refreshing cocktail? PM Fish and Steak House, a Brickell sensation celebrated for its authentic take on traditional Argentine dining, is taking happy hour to another level with the introduction of a new cocktail menu featuring six signature libations.

Guests can enjoy anytime or relax and unwind during happy hour Monday through Friday from 4 to 7 pm. With highlights such as the PM Moscow Mule, the Cambalache featuring mezcal and hibiscus flowers and the Santa Rosa using guava and rum, PM’s fresh take on cocktails has “raised the steaks”!

OTL Teams Up With Azucar Ice Cream

Miami Design District’s trendy coffee shop OTL and Little Havana’s classic Azucar Ice Cream Company have come together to release a first-ever special Azucar ice cream flavor for OTL. The flavor: banana quinoa muffin.

Didn’t know you could turn a muffin into an ice cream flavor? Azucar Ice Cream Company is known for taking unique, high-quality ingredients and turning them into crowd favorites. OTL also serves Azucar’s popular Coconut and Dolce De Leche flavors. All of these variations are now on sale, so stop in and enjoy.

Dragonfly Hosts Patrón Tasting Party

Join Dragonfly Izakaya and Fish Market (5241 NW 87th Avenue, Doral, FL 33178) on Monday, August 14th for a complimentary* Patrón tasting party. Patrón will be on-site from 4 – 7pm handing out samples and sharing tasting notes that highlight our newest cocktail creations featuring Patrón Tequila. For the first 50 customers, or while supplies last, you’ll be able to try the following new drinks on Dragonfly:

– Lion’s Bite: patrón roca reposado, strega liqueur, shishito pepper, honey, lime juice, togarashi salt rim
– Wax On, Wax Off: patrón roca silver, vida mezcal, benedictine liqueur, tamarind puree, bitters
