1 Hotel South Beach

1 Hotel South Beach is celebrating Valentine’s Day with two offers: a month-long spa special and love-themed cocktails available at DRIFT. Bamford Haybarn Spa, which is famous for their hidden hearts throughout the spa, will be offering a new treatment.

During the month of February, guests can enjoy the Rose Gold Treatment. It will include a customized aromatherapy massage, a gold collagen face mask and glass of champagne. Guests will be able to select oils of their liking to create an original oil for the massage. The gold collagen uses the anti-aging properties of gold to reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

As a special touch, the Knesko 24k gold face mask, a known celebrity favorite, is used to strengthen the skin. At the end of all the treatments guests can enjoy some fresh fruit infused water or a glass of complimentary champagne. The 80-minute treatment will cost $245 and can only be booked by calling the spa directly at 305-604-6792.

The newly launched DRIFT, the hotel’s lobby bar, will be offering Valentine’s themed drinks on Wednesday, February 14th. “To Have” and “To Hold” are the handcrafted cocktail/mocktail duo that will have couples running to the hotel’s newly launched bar.

“To Have” is made with botanist gin and infused Rose Water. It is mixed with lemon juice, simple syrup, topped with sparkling wine and garnished with a Micro Mum Flower. “To Hold” is made with muddled cucumbers, lime juice, sparkling water and fresh Hibiscus syrup. The drink is then poured on the rocks and makes one excellent mocktail. Full recipes are below. Reservations are not necessary for DRIFT.

15th & Vine

Located 15 stories high at W Miami, 15th & Vine Kitchen and Bar is the perfect location to celebrate Valentine’s Day with that special someone. This year, 15TH & Vine will offer a three-course menu for $90/per person, which includes a glass of Perrier Jouët Brut.

Amouse Bouche of Grilled Halloumi Chese with Lemon, Tomato and Hazelnut and Olive Pistou with a Watercress Puree.

First-Course Options: Sumac Scented Grilled Pear, Pickled Octupus with Heirloom Tomatoes or Berkshire Pork Belly with Braised Cannellini Bean and Leek Potage.

Entrée Options: Squid Ink and Roasted Garlic Grouper with Fava Bean and Faro Risotto, Herb Ash Crusted Filet Mignon with Red Wine Demi Glaze or a Saffron Orzo Paella with Charred Cauliflower, Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes and Yogurt Harissa Sauce.

Dessert: Pistachio and Chocolate Flexi-Ganache or Apple Tarte Tatin with Vanilla Ice Cream.

The Alley

Over at The Alley, guests will experience a laid-back atmosphere for their Valentine’s Day meal. The Alley will be offering various a la carte specials, including a very special heart-shaped pizza along with roasted beet salad and veal osso bucco. No reservations are necessary.

Area 31

This Valentine’s Day, treat yourself and your sweetheart to delicious eats and stunning views of Downtown Miami. On Wednesday, February 14th, Area 31, rooftop dining stunner, will offer an exclusive 5-course Valentine’s Day tasting menu, expertly crafted by Executive Chef Alex Olivier.

Priced at $125 per person and paired with unrivaled views of Downtown Miami, the holiday menu will include an array of incredible land and sea fare choices, along with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. A 5-course wine pairing menu will also be available for $175 per person.

AZABU Miami Beach

Recently-opened AZABU Miami Beach is the newest dining hotspot for this Valentine’s Day offering two intimate dining experiences for the romantic holiday.

The Den – With access only through the kitchen doors, The Den at AZABU Miami Beach features an 11-seat sushi bar with a counter crafted from a Japanese Hinoki Cypress tree. The Den serves Omakase using local and imported seafood flown directly from fish markets in Japan, offering guests a traditional Japanese-style, intimate dining experience.

Dining Room – The main dining room at AZABU Miami Beach boasts 80 seats and a six-foot Bonsai fixture highlighted as the centerpiece surrounded by understated wood décor, boasting 80 seats. There guests can enjoy Izakaya dining style and order a variety of shareable dishes like Robata-grilled Yakitori, Japanese fried rice served tableside on a sizzling Tobanyaki grill, and other traditional fare such as Udon.

Another exciting destination within the dining room is Bar AZABU – the restaurant’s cocktail bar where the program utilizes unique imported ingredients and Japanese-inspired presentation styles served in glassware handcrafted by a Japanese artisan.

The Bazaar By José Andrés

Chef De Cuisine Tito Vargas and his culinary team will serve an extravagant Valentine’s Day Tasting menu that features seven courses for $100 per person. Better Days

Tired of the Valentine’s Day overload? Do you get in a bad mood just thinking of the all the hearts and teddy bears and people in happy relationships? Better Days has two days worth of parties for all the anti-lovers in Miami.

For all the single (and not quite single) people living in Miami that are playing the field, Better Days has the party for you! On Tuesday, February 13th join them for a special Side Piece Tuesday party as they bring to life the Miami dating scene under one roof. Enjoy happy hour pricing all night long on Ketel One, Johnnie Walker, Bulleit cocktails, and more! The Bourbon Cured Salmon comes with a sweet whiskey glaze, pickled kale, a georgia peanut puree, asparagus, and fresh blackberries for $32. For dessert, guests can enjoy the luxuriously sweet chocolate hazelnut kiss dish for $15.

Biscayne Bay Brewing Company

Bring out the artist within and out to the brewery in Doral for Arrrrrt with a Twist! For $30 you’ll be able to enjoy the painting class, 2 core beers per person and 1 glass of champagne for the ladies with a beautiful rose to compliment.

Boulud Sud

Impress your date with something new on Valentine’s Day! For those who haven’t had a chance to dine at Daniel Boulud’s newest Mediterranean concept, Boulud Sud, make a reservation on the year’s most romantic evening.

For $85/pp, enjoy a four-course dinner by Chef Clark Bowen featuring a variety of distinctively Mediterranean dishes including Burratina with Black Truffle, Saffron Acquarello Risotto and Catalan Filet Mignon along with specials for two such as the Chicken Tagine and signature Grapefruit Givre dessert by Pastry Chef Saeko Nemoto.

Bulla

Available starting February 12-18, Bulla Gastrobar will be offering an exclusive cocktail, the Chocolate Covered Cherry, in honor of Valentine’s Day. This delicious cocktail plays a variation on a Chocolate Martini and is intended to making guests feel as if they are biting into an actual chocolate covered cherry! Priced at $12, the Chocolate Covered Cherry is made with Russian Standard Vodka, Lustau Pedro Ximenez sherry, dark chocolate and cherry bitters.

Burlock Coast Seafare & Spirits

Burlock Coast Seafare & Spirits invites lovebirds to enjoy a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner at the contemporary, oceanfront restaurant. On Wednesday, February 14, 2018, Burlock Coast will offer guests menu specials in addition to their regular offerings.

For $149 (excluding tax and gratuity), couples can delight in Burlock Coast’s signature Kusshi Oysters with caviar and a bottle a Veuve Cliquot. For dinner, diners can enjoy an a la carte selection of shareable dishes like Sea Salt Roasted Beets – candied walnuts, Cypress Grove goat cheese and citrus; Fried Oysters – pickled peppers, chorizo and remoulade; and Pork Belly Tacos – charred corn, avocado crema and tomatillo salsa.

Dragonfly Izakaya and Fish Market

Dragonfly Izakaya and Fish Market will be open for lunch and dinner from 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The Dutch

For $85 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) couples can share an enchanting culinary experience at the critically acclaimed South Beach dining destination followed by a complimentary glass of bubbly.

Essensia at The Palms & Spa

Essensia at The Palms & Spa, invites guests on a culinary journey through their new winter menu this Valentine’s Day with four-courses and a bottle of Mionetto Organic Prosecco. ETARU Hallandale

ETARU Hallandale the spectacular, new oceanfront restaurant featuring contemporary Japanese Robatayaki cuisine is presenting a weeklong food and film festival with a spotlight on romance in honor of Valentine’s Day.

Beginning on Thursday February 8 and running nightly until Valentine’s Day, Wednesday February 14, the beachside hot spot will offer a great night out for those looking for something different to do with their beloved – taking the concept of dinner and a movie to the next level.

Each night, ETARU will offer two showings of a classic love story, either preceded or followed by a special tasting menu created in honor of Valentine’s Day. With a big screen set up on ETARU’s beach, guests who book this option will be able to enjoy films like Pretty Woman and Casablanca while relaxing on lounge beds on the sand.

Each night, a different film will be shown at 7PM and 9:30PM sharp with a delicious aphrodisiacal dinner served in the restaurant’s second floor dining room or outdoor terrace; at $150 per couple or $75 single, exclusive of tax and gratuity.

Reservations are suggested as seating is limited to 24 for the beach movie experience; once those seats are filled diners are welcome to experience the special menu in the main dining room or on ETARU’s spacious oceanfront deck.

The Valentine’s menu kicks off with a glass of Veuve Clicquot rose followed spicy mixed sashimi salad with smoked tomato, ikura and piri piri sauce and a sashimi selection to share. Second course is king crab salad and black cod gyoza, while the main course is wagyu short rib and Japanese mushroom hotpot. All meals end with ETARU’s famed dessert platter.

KURO

La Moderna

This Valentine’s Day, La Moderna is bringing Italy to Miami. For $80 per person, diners can delight in a prix-fixe four-course menu.

For a starter, guests can choose between Carabineros Shrimp Tartare, made with imported stracciatella cheese and celery topped with red onion jam; Zucchini Blossom Trio, served with bufala mozzarella, Parmesan, anchovies, provolone, ricotta and goat cheese; or Angus Beef Tartare, served alongside organic asparagus and tomato confit and finished with horseradish cream.

For the first course, diners can indulge in either Homemade Gnocchi, made with imported porcini mushrooms sautéed in salted butter and shaved parmigiano reggiano, or Seafood Risotto, topped with mixed wild seafood and imported bottarga. For the second course, guests are given the option of either Wild Spanish Branzino, served alongside crispy vegetables and topped with oyster mayo, or Glazed Beef Tenderloin, served with purple potatoes and porcini mushrooms.

Lastly, the dessert platter is an assortment of three different classic Italian pastries with a La Moderna twist for a sweet finish.

Le Pain Quotidien

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Coconut Grove’s popular Belgian bakery/restaurant darling, Le Pain Quotidien will be offering indulgent desserts for guests to enjoy. The baked goods – which include Lizner Cookies, Pistachio Cranberry Shortbread Cookie and Heart Shaped Chocolate Mousse Cake – will be available beginning on February 7 for diners to order in or take home.

Le Zoo

Take your date to France – no passport needed! Stephen Starr’s bistro in the chic Bal Harbour Shops is beautifully designed by visionary Shawn Hausman to reflect sidewalk cafes with blue and white woven bistro chairs outside on the lush patio and an intimate interior with details including white table cloths and tapered candles.

LT Steak and Seafood 

LT Steak and Seafood will be offering various specials for the evening. Guests will have the option of ordering the special dishes a la carte or they can opt for an $85 prix-fixe menu, which will include the choice of appetizer, entree and dessert. Options include pan-roasted Ora King salmon, broiled Maine lobster tail and prime bone-in filet.

Macchialina

Miami Beach’s very own NYC-inspired trattoria, Macchialina will be opening its doors to all lovebirds this Valentine’s Day with a specially curated, 4-course Chef’s tasting menu priced at $75 per person. The Italian hotspot will also be offering wine pairings, one at $32 per person and for a more elevated experience, $55 per person; the higher priced pairing will include access to sample some special bottles of allocated wine.

Chef Mike Pirolo’s handcrafted menu will include an appetizer course including Tuna Crudo with heirloom tomatoes, and Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms; a pasta course featuring a Tagliatelle with lamb shank ragu and Spaghetti Con Aragosta with lobster, tomato and basil; and for the main course, a choice of 21-Day Aged Sirloin of Beef with potato gatto and truffled jus or Alaskan Halibut with a sunchoke puree, crispy sunchokes & lemon emulsion. Mayfair Kitchen

Mayfair Kitchen, the new flagship restaurant for The Mayfair at Coconut Grove, sets to spice up Valentine’s with a vegan addition to the menu.

Running from Tuesday, February 13 through Saturday, February 17 the menu will debut the Trio of Chilli Rellenos ($21). Dish includes, Anaheim pepper with garlic mofongo; jalapeño with sweet corn and red wild rice; and poblano with kale almonds and figs.

Meraki Greek Bistro

For $89.99 per couple, indulge in a four-course meal that begins with East and West Coast Oysters, complemented by lemon and Champagne mignonette. For the second course, dive into Lump Crab Cakes, served with Calabrian chili aioli and roasted peppers.

After the second course, couples will be served Lemon sorbet to cleanse their palates. For the third course, diners will be servedHousemade Tomato Pasta Ravioli filled with ricotta cream and accompanied with Fontina cheese fondue and roasted Sicilian pistachios. Rusty Pelican

Rusty Pelican, Key Biscayne’s iconic dining destination, invites couples to share a romantic evening this Valentine’s Day. On Wednesday February 14, 2018, guests can indulge in an aphrodisiacal five-course, prix-fixe menu crafted by Executive Chef Jim Pastor.

The first seating begins at 5PM to 7PM for $80 per person*. The later seating begins at 9PM onwards for $98 per person* with the inclusion of a welcome glass of Taittinger Champagne. The first course features a Hearts of Palm Salad with fennel, mache and passionfruit. The third course features a Cavatelli Cacio e Pepe with black truffle. One of Miami Beach’s hottest new restaurants, Stiltsville Fish Bar, is inviting guests to celebrate Valentine’s Day with classic seafood fare prepared by the culinary chef duo, Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth. On Wednesday February 14, 2018, diners can enjoy specials along with a la carte fare, followed by a complimentary glass of bubbly.

Specials include shareable dishes like Sweet and Spicy Oysters ($22) – Three Chilled Oyster served with Sweet Vermouth compressed apples or Brandy soaked blood oranges and Three Chilled Oyster marinated in spicy vodka with fresno chilis and hearts on fire garnish.

Entree choices include The Fish 2 Ways ($69) – grilled and roasted whole Yellow Tail Snapper stuffed with marinated fennel, lobster butter and artichokes; The Fish 3 Way ($82) – crispy tail, head & cheeks, butter roasted loin, ceviche-style with crispy beets and lovage; or The Romeo and Juliet Lobster ($47) – yankee (Maine) lobster with southern bell grits, ginger cream and asparagus tips.

For one evening only, Sweet Liberty will transform into a wrestling arena complete with an inflatable pool filled with over 20 gallons of milk and champagne. Treat your loved one to a “Corazon” cocktail at Tacology, offered now through February 14 for $12. On Valentine’s Day, the drink will be $6 all day. The cocktail is made with Beluga Noble Russian Vodka, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Lime Juice, Agave, Egg White and Passion Fruit, Blood Orange and Pomegranate Infusion.

Tamara’s Bistro at the National Hotel

Give in to your foodie cravings this Valentine’s Day at Tamara’s Bistro at the National Hotel. For only $65 per person, couples are served a three-course menu and dessert.

For the first course, couples can choose from a Mushroom Bisque, infused with Sherry and accompanied with gruyere crouton; Tuna Tartar, served with spiced aioli, cornichones, avocado, and grilled olive sourdough; or Baby Romaine, which includes lemon olio, grilled tomato flatbread, confit garlic, olive compote, and Parmesan tuile.

Located in Miami’s most artistic neighborhood, Wynwood, VEZA SUR Brewing Co. is inviting all the single ladies to stop by the brewery on Galentine’s Day, February 13th, to sample the newest beer cocktails to hit the menu. Join us for VEZA SUR Unplugged on Wednesday, February 14th, and groove to the acoustic tunes of local musician, Nacho Londono, and Electric Kif.

Try the Propuesta Indecente ($9), made with muddled strawberries, fresh lemon syrup, simple syrup and topped with a Guava Sour beer. Garnish with strawberries and a lemon slice.
