Brunch is an experience that shouldn’t be limited just to Sundays. ROK:BRGR knows that you can never have too much of a good thing, so it is now offering brunch on Saturdays (in addition to Sundays). Here’s a closer look at what the restaurant is serving up on the weekends.
French Toast Lollipops: Yes, you read that correctly. They are literally French Toast on a stick, and they are awesome. How can you go wrong with brioche, cinnamon and maple creme? You can’t.
Mac n’ Cheese: There’s mac and cheese, and then there’s mac and CHEESE (like this one). ROK:BRGR’s rendition is extra cheesy and will get your heart racing (in both a good and bad way). The egg on top adds an extra layer of gooey-ness we can get behind.
Morning Glory Burger: After waking up with a debilitating hangover, there’s really only one cure: Fatty AF food. The Morning Glory falls under that category with yellow American cheese, smoked bacon and fried farm egg on a brioche bun. You’ll feel a lot better after scarfing down this beautifully delicious beast.
Shrimp and Cheesy Grits: The name says it all. South Carolina stone ground grits, Florida shrimp, jalapeño cheddar and bacon make for a decadent dish that could also work for dinner. It’s slightly lighter than other options on the menu (not by much), but no less flavorful.
Bottomless Mimosas: Duh.
We’re glad ROK:BRGR expanded brunch to Saturdays. Sunday brunch can get a little wild, and there’s always a crowd. Saturdays, on the other hand, are a little calmer so we can relax and really enjoy some great grub while recovering from a long night out. Regardless of what day you visit, though, you can expect one thing: a good time.
