Every year, we look forward to Miami Spice. Why? Because Bourbon Steak and Corsair Kitchen & Bar put out some of our favorite Miami Spice menus in town. This year is no different, as both restaurants at Turnberry Isle are participating again.
At Bourbon Steak, diners can choose from three starters: Classic Beef Carpaccio, Local Smoked Cobia Crudo and Crispy Pork Belly. We had the chance to try the first option, which comes with summer truffle, Parmesan Reggiano and baby arugula. There’s a reason it has classic in its name: You don’t mess with perfection.
For entrees, there’s a fish option (Crispy Skin Branzino Filet) and a chicken option (Whole Semi-Boneless Poussin) but you’re here for the steak. The Yemenite Spiced NY Strip is the real deal — you’re getting your money’s worth with this dish alone. S’mores, Greek Yogurt Mousse and a Hazelnut Cloud (our pick) round out the Miami Spice selections.
Over at Corsair, you’ll find choices like Chilled Yellow Tomato Gazpacho and Lobster Salad for appetizers; the latter with avocado, mango and a lemon herb vinaigrette gets our vote. Entrees include Corsair Meatloaf, Grilled Salmon and the delicious Campanelle with summer veggies and kale pesto. Decadent desserts like Cookies & Cream Chocolate Cake, Strawberry Cheesecake and Key Lime Tart ensure you have to be rolled out of here.
These menus are available seven days a week for dinner. Menus are subject to change.
