When we heard that Apeiro was opening in Midtown Miami, we were ecstatic. Well, that boycott was short lived. A media invitation showed up in our inbox, and we decided to give the place another chance. Big changes occurred since our visit last year — including a new chef — and we’re happy to report we’re on great terms with Apeiro Midtown Miami 2.0.
If there’s one word we can use to describe Red, the Steakhouse, it’s consistent. We’ve been to Red multiple times the past few years, and it’s been consistently awesome. Over the years, we’ve tried Chef Peter Vauthy’s Italian fare, his Alaskan King Crab offerings, his Miami Spice items and — of course — his famous Mac and cheese. And oh yeah, steak. Read more
