What was once a historic pump house is now one of Morningside’s most charming restaurants. Late last year, restaurateur Mark Soyka opened Café Roval just a stone’s throw away from his eponymous concept, and it’s taken the neighborhood by storm ever since. The vast venue features an equally vast menu comprised of tasty Mediterranean fare and a creative “cocktail” menu by master mixologist Douglas Beedoo.
