When we heard The Dutch was closing at W South Beach, we were bummed. Former pastry chef Josh Gripper had only recently become executive chef at the restaurant, and we didn’t really get much time to see him shine. Thankfully, he’s continuing in that role at The Dutch’s replacement: The Restaurant at W South Beach (RWSB).
Last Wednesday, The Dutch at W South Beach kicked off its annual BBQ series. The event, which is celebrating its fifth year, gives guests the chance to enjoy mouthwatering BBQ cooked up by Chef de Cuisine Adonay Tafur and notable local guest chefs.
