Verde’s Summer Guest Chef Series Ends on a High Note

All summer long, Verde invited guest chefs to collaborate on family-style feasts inside the Perez Art Museum Miami eatery. The star-studded lineup for the monthly meal included local favorites like Edge Steak and Bar’s Aaron Brooks and Macchialina’s Michael Pirolo. To close out the series, Verde’s own Kaytlin Dangaran and former Michael’s Genuine Food and Drink Chef de Cuisine Niven Patel treated diners to an unforgettable three-course culinary experience.

We here at Miami Food Pug have been eagerly counting down the days until Chef Patel opens his latest project, Ghee Indian Kitchen, in Downtown Dadeland. And if this meal was any indication of what to expect, the neighborhood is really stepping up its restaurant game.
