Pincho Factory Expands to Brickell

Pincho Factory has come a long way since its humble beginnings. The Miami eatery, which is known for its creative burgers and namesake pinchos, opened its first outpost in Westchester in 2010. Since then, Pincho Factory has expanded to Coral Gables, Hialeah, Orlando, Pinecrest, Pembroke Pines and American Airlines Arena.

Last month, Pincho Factory opened its latest location in Brickell. Taking over the former Golden Fig space at 1250 South Miami Avenue, this new neighborhood addition is a welcome sight in an area where meals can cost you an arm, a leg and your firstborn.

Burgerliscious 2016: Burgers and Beers Galore

Last week, Burgerliscious 2016 took over Fred B. Hartnett Ponce Circle Park for a night dedicated to one of our favorite foods: burgers. For the sixth straight year, The Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, Samuel Adams and Brown Forman Beverages / Jack Daniels Liquors partnered up to bring together over 20 local eateries to battle it out and be crowned Best in Bun.

Pincho Factory Celebrates 5 Years With 5 Special Burgers From Local Culinary Superstars

5 years of Pinchos

On November 10, 2010, three cousins — Nedal Ahmad, Otto Othman and Nizar Ahmad — opened Pincho Factory at 9860 SW 40th Street with only $6.27 to their names. The local fast-casual concept proved successful, and the trio went on to open a second store at Coral Gables in 2010 as well as an outpost inside American Airlines Arena just this year. With another location opening soon in Hialeah and other franchise projects in the works, there’s no stopping these guys.
