Chef Uri Jeremias Hosts Intimate Dinner at Café Roval

Last week, the South Beach Wine & Food Festival brought in chefs from around the country — and the world. Among them was Uri Jeremias, the internationally acclaimed Israeli chef known for his fish and seafood restaurant, Uri Buri, in Acre, Israel.

As part of the SOBEWFF official event lineup, Chef Jeremias hosted a Mediterranean dinner with another international superstar chef — Aret Sahakyan — and Cecconi’s at Soho Beach House’s Sergio Segala. Earlier that same week, Chef Jeremias and two local chefs treated diners to an intimate meal at Café Roval. We were fortunate enough to be a part of that dinner, which featured dishes by Daniel Ganem (Quality Meats; Zuuk) and Café Roval’s own Peter Fred.
