To celebrate Easter on April 21, AD LIB — the new Coral Gables-based, modern-American hotspot led by an all-star food and beverage team, including James Beard Award-winning Chef Norman Van Aken and Executive Pastry Chef Hedy Goldsmith — will offer several inspired specials for brunch and dinner in addition to their regular menu. AQ Chop House by Il Mulino

AQ Chop House by Il Mulino will be serving a luxe Easter brunch for $100 per person, $45 per child from ages 3 to 12 and $75 per person from the ages of 13 to 21. Guests can indulge in a variety of delicious brunch bites by sampling the restaurant’s multiple stations for carving, omelettes, pasta, fish, desserts and gelato. The brunch also includes unlimited mimosas, bellinis, rosé, bloody marys, mojitos, and red and rosé sangria.

Ariete

Miami’s very own Chef Michael Beltran is inviting foodies and imbibers to celebrate Easter Sunday at his popular Coconut Grove eatery Ariete. Diners can indulge in a decadent Easter brunch buffet with signature brunch offerings like the frita benedict made with Sam’s biscuit, chorizo, hollandaise, papitas; breakfast burrito made with scrambled eggs, American cheese and potatoes; guava & cream cheese pancakes; French toast sticks with cinnamon sugar and condensed milk, and much more.

Additionally, guests can enjoy fresh seafood from the seafood station. The brunch is priced at $39 per person and $25 for children (12 and under). Upgrade to bottomless mimosas for an additional $10. Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale Beach

An iconic centerpiece of Fort Lauderdale Beach nestled between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, celebrate Easter Sunday with Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale Beach! Bird & Bone at The Confidante Miami Beach

Celebrate Easter at Bird & Bone at The Confidante Miami Beach with an enhanced Sunday brunch. Consisting of the regular breakfast buffet plus added-on offerings such as a Seafood Display, Southern Glazed Ham Carving Station, Maple-Glazed Belgium Waffles and more, the southern inspired restaurant is the perfect venue to celebrate with family and friends. Enjoy the enhanced brunch with add-ons for $54 per person or the general Sunday breakfast buffet for $32 with bottomless beverage cocktail options ranging from an additional $20-$35.

Boulud Sud

Acclaimed chef Daniel Boulud’s Mediterranean concept, Boulud Sud, sets the stage for the perfect Easter Sunday brunch. Bring the kids to participate in an Easter egg hunt (featuring an Easter Bunny for photo ops) at 10:30am while parents enjoy a complimentary cocktail – or skip the egg hunt and head straight to their Mediterranean-style brunch from 11am-5pm.

Offering a prix-fixe menu with three courses and bottomless beverages for $65, you can indulge on masterfully crafted foods without breaking the bank, or order a la carte. BOURBON STEAK

James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Mina’s, modern, American steakhouse at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa is offering a special Easter Brunch buffet perfect for the whole family, which includes a bottomless mimosa or Bloody Mary option. A plethora of delicious stations will include the Breakfast Station with an assortment of fruit, parfaits and baked goods; Made-To-Order Omelet Station with farm fresh ingredients and accompanied sides; Raw Bar Station with Gulf Coast shrimp, oysters and snow crab claws; Salad station featuring black olive Caesar, local tomatoes and watermelon and baby kale salads; and an Antipasto Station with sliced charcuterie, artisanal cheese and grilled vegetables.

BOURBON STEAK available favorites include a butter-poached wood grilled sirloin carving station, miso-glazed sea bass, glazed beef short ribs, truffle mac & cheese and crispy Brussels sprouts. Burlock Coast

The rustic seafood eateryBurlock Coast Seafare & Spirits invites families to enjoy an Easter Sunday buffet-style Brunch from 12PM to 7PM, with several food stations offering diners a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. For $105 per adult and $49 for children (ages 5 through 12), excluding tax and gratuity, guests can choose from a variety of sweet and savory options from the Breakfast Station (available until 3PM); fresh pickings from the Micro Station and Garden Bar or Charcuterie Display, Raw Bar, and Sushi & Dim Sum Station; and Lamb Shoulder or Slow Cooked Honey Ham at the Carving Stations.

Children can also enjoy their favorites such as macaroni and cheese or chicken fingers at the Kids Buffet. Guests can finish with a multitude of decadent confections to choose from at the Dessert station. Chug’s

Just in time for Easter, Chug’s – the highly anticipated Cuban-style diner by Chef Michael Beltran set to open early April – is offering an assortment of take-home goodies. Diners will be able to enjoy delicious pastelitos by none other than Pastelito Papi, and Chug’s savory ham and short rib croquetas in the comfort of their own homes. Each individual to-go box will be $25 and include six croquetas and six signature pastelitos.

Diners can choose from a selection of the popular PB&J, buffalo chicken, and Redland guava pastelito. Diez y Seis

What better way to spend your Easter Sunday than brunching with friends and family with a view overlooking the pool on the patio at Diez y Seis? This Easter, break bread with loved ones over an unforgettable holiday brunch at Chef Jose Icardi’s much-admired culinary gem, Diez y Seis. Located at the iconic Shore Club South Beach, the acclaimed restaurant will be delighting foodies from 11:30AM-4PM with their lavish holiday spread for $55/pp++ ($25 for children).

ETARU (Hallandale and Las Olas)

ETARU, the restaurant featuring contemporary Robatayaki cuisine from the team behing Zuma and ROKA London, will offer their decadent brunch on Easter Sunday with a special addition of a lamb carving station in celebration of the holiday. Both ETARU locations will also host Easter egg hunts for kids and adults to find treats around the restaurants. Treats will include traditional Easter candy, drink tokens and one egg per location with a complimentary brunch for two.

Priced at $75 per person, brunch includes a welcome cocktail, bottomless pours of a selection of wines or for an additional $20, Louis Roderer NV Champagne. Guests will also enjoy an array of hot and cold starters on the robata counter, choice of one main course and a decadent dessert presentation. Brunch will be offered from 11:30AM until 3PM in Hallandale Beach and 12:30PM until 3PM in Las Olas.

Fi’lia South Beach

Acclaimed Italian restaurant Fi’lia South Beach at the Berkeley Shore Hotel is celebrating Easter Italian-style with a bevy of special signature dishes, only available on Easter! In addition to the restaurant’s regular menu, guests can choose from specials like Bruschetta con Stracciatella di Burrata & Tartufo ($19) Roasted Ciabatta Bread with cherry Tomatoes Basil and Burrata, Honey Balsamic Glaze; Braised Lamb meat Ravioli & Goat Cheese ratatouille salsa ($29) Homemade Stuffed Pasta with Braised Lamb Served with Creamy Truffle Goat Cheese Sauce, Fi’lia’s take on a traditional Easterlamb dish, and Seared Dorada alla Mugnaia ($35) 10 oz. Fish Filet Served over Sautéed Escarole in delicate Almond Caper Lemon Sauce to name a few. These Easter specials are simply to dye for!

International Smoke

Whether guests are looking for a big brunch spread or a special dinner for Easter, International Smoke will have it all. The recently opened Chef Michael Mina restaurant will be serving up a flavorful brunch with dishes like Jamaican Jerk Chicken & Waffles, Smoked Burrata, Crème Brulee French Toast and more.

The highlight of the brunch menu will be the Slow Smoked Prime Rib option which will only available during Easter Day. For dinner, International Smoke created a specially curated Easter Feast Menu that will have a beverage pairing option. La Centrale – Italian Food Hall

Miami’s Italian food emporium is serving up an indulgent brunch buffet throughout its second level restaurant concepts with seven food stations, three bars and alongside entertainment for kids and adults. Food stations include a hot and cold carving stations, fresh seafood, customizable omelette and benedict, house-made pasta, extravagant cakes, pastries and more. Mondrian South Beach

Mondrian South Beach will host a lavish Easter themed brunch on Sunday, April 21, 2019 complete with live acoustic musical performances, children’s Easter egg hunts and complimentary gift bags. Bottomless Grey Goose cocktails will be available for $35 per person throughout brunch, or for $10 each.

Chef action stations include turkey and prime rib carving, sushi station, omelet station and waffles, in addition to assorted bagels, smoked salmon, artisanal cheese and charcuterie, pastries, fresh fruit, Greek yogurt parfait and composed salads. Easter specialties include: Quiche Lorraine, French Toast Berries Casserole, Eggs Benedict Bake and Corned Beef Hash, along with more traditional breakfast classics. Nikki Beach

Celebrate Easter at Nikki Beach Miami in a beautiful garden with a special edition of their Amazing Sundays Brunch, featuring interactive gourmet stations, Rose Elderflower Cocktail, live music and entertainment, a pop-up flower shop and floral-themed photo opps for the whole family.

Specials include: Deviled Easter Egg Hunt – green eggs and ham, pickled pink, and fancy caviar ($9); Heirloom Carrots & Burrata – spiced honey roasted carrots, lentils, with arugula and carrot top pesto ($15); Pan Seared Sea Scallops – pineapple upside down cornbread, candied smoked bacon vinaigrette, and spring pea shoot salad ($29); Neapolitan Bunny Cake – layers of chocolate, strawberry and vanilla, buttery kataifi basket with mini chocolate Easter eggs ($12).

Stubborn Seed

The South of Fifth hotspot by Chef Jeremy Ford will be opening its doors at 10AM on Easter Sunday for a very special Brunch service. The three-course prix fixe menu is $55 for adults and $25 for children (not including tax and gratuity).

Beginning with First Course, the menu includes: Bread basket of biscuits, toasted sour dough, ricotta, fish dip, and marmalade. Choices for the Second Course: Buttermilk Pancakes; Chai Waffles; Caramelized Cauliflower & Eggs; Roasted Mushrooms & Eggs; Smoked Pork Belly & Crispy Egg; or Philly Cheese Wagyu Steak Eggs Benedict. Tanuki

Join the chefs at Miami Beach Asian-fusion restaurant, Tanuki, for a pan-Asian Easter buffet on Sunday, April 21, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Guests will receive a welcome cocktail on arrival, plus unlimited mimosas and wine. Diners will also choose a main course (one per person), and dessert for the table to share. The event is $58 for adults, $35 for young adults, and kids four and under are free.

Terra Mare

Fort Lauderdale’s scenic oceanfront restaurant, Terra Mare, provides the perfect backdrop for Easter brunch. From 11am – 4pm, dine on the restaurant’s expansive patio and take in breathtaking views, while indulging in a decedent brunch buffet offering Lump Crab Salad, Maple Glazed Bacon, Harissa Marinated Leg of Lamb and a bevy of delectable sweets. The Dutch

From 12PM-4PM, Chef Josh Gripper is serving up an Easter Brunch with a variety of breakfast items and comfort food dishes on an a la carte menu. Appetizers ($17-$22) include a Classic Corvina Ceviche, with sweet potato, corn, and radish; Roasted Beet Salad – Creamy Goat Cheese, and Almond; and a Butter Lettuce salad topped with Florida Avocado and Green Goddess dressing. Select Brunch Dishes ($13-$34) are French Toast with Lemon Cream and Toasted Hazelnut; Apple Duck Hash & Sunny Side Eggs with Red Eye Gravy; Hanger Steak accompanied by Kimchi Fried Rice and Organic Egg; and The Dutch’s famous Double Cheddar Burger topped with Secret Sauce and Pickles.

Verde

Verde, located in Pérez Art Museum Miami with sweeping views of Biscayne Bay, will offer a 3-course Easter Brunch prix-fixed menu on Sunday, April 21st. The brunch will be served family style and include appetizers such as Spring Pea Salad with Morels and a Smoked Salmon Platter; a selection of entrees featuring Strawberry Rhubarb Honey French Toast, Classic Eggs Benedict and Roasted Leg of Lamb with Mint Pesto; sides such as Roasted Marble potatoes and Grilled Asparagus; and a dessert assortment of Tres Leches Cake and Strawberry Shortcake Cupcakes. Families can expect a visit from the Easter Bunny, an Egg Hunt and a Face Painter.

Prices for adults are $55++ which includes non-alcoholic beverages + 1 glass of mimosa or specialty coffee and $75++ for non-alcoholic beverages + bottomless mimosas, sangria or bloody mary pitchers. Kids can enjoy brunch for $25++ which includes any non-alcoholic beverages. Yardbird Southern Table & Bar
