ADDiKT at W Miami
This Fourth of July, come enjoy an American BBQ for the 4th of July at W Miami’s ADDiKT Terrace. The menu will be priced at $35 for an “all you can eat” experience from 12PM-3PM. Attendees can also expect to enjoy the fireworks from the terrace while they are dining. Entree options include All American Burger sliders, Grilled Chicken Quarters with Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce, Mini Waygu Hot Dogs and Truffle Lobster Mac and Cheese. Classic BBQ sides such as corn bread and potato salad will be served along with dessert options.
The Commodore
In addition to the daily Happy Hour, The Commodore – Coconut Grove’s trendy craft cocktail bar will be offering “4 Classics for the Fourth” for only $7 from 5PM to close on July 4th: Sazerac – rye, sugar, Peychaud’s bitters and absinthe rinse; Tom Collins – gin, lemon, sugar and soda; Airmail – rum, lemon, honey and prosecco; and of course an Old Fashioned – bourbon, Amaro Nonino, vanilla, and simple syrup.
Happy Hour bites ($7-$9) are available from 5-7PM and include ahi tuna tacos; trio of spreads with tzatziki, hummus, spinach and pita chips; empanadas with ground beef, chimichurri and smoked tomato salsa; and arancini with tomato jam, grana padano and orange zest. Stop by during the weekend and enjoy live music from 9PM–Midnight every Friday and Saturday.
The Confidante
Celebrate the Fourth of July with a party in The Backyard! Jam out to beats from a local DJ from noon to 5 p.m. and get caffeinated with a Red Bull pop-up from 2-4 p.m. Sip on a discounted Confidante Coconut with Malibu and Coconut Redbull for just $15, while enjoying patriotic specials including the Firecracker wings made with sweet chili garlic sauce, black pepper, green onions and an Alabama Dipping Sauce for just $14, and the BBQ Brisket Nachos with chopped smoked brisket, fried wonton chips, black olives, heirloom tomato, scallions, white BBQ drizzle, smoked cheddar cheese sauce and pickled banana peppers for $12.
ETARU Hallandale
ETARU Hallandale, the oceanfront Japanese robatayaki concept from the team behind Zuma Restaurants Worldwide, and Chandon will co-host a Fourth of July celebration on Thursday, July 4 from 2PM until 11PM. The party, which will take place on the restaurant’s rooftop terrace as well as on the beach, will feature food and beverage specials throughout the day.
Beach bites will include hot dogs, burgers, fries, chicken wings, a popsicle cart and more. In partnership with Chandon, ETARU will offer specially priced drinks including Chandon Sweet Star and Chandon Rosé mini bottles and Chandon Brut bottles. Wine, beer and well drinks will also be available. The party will feature entertainment including a DJ and plenty of beach games such as corn hole, Jenga, beer pong and more.
Guests looking for an elevated experience may rent day beds and cabanas for the day. Admission to the party will be $10 per person.
Havana 1957
Spend America’s birthday at Havana 1957 where guests can enjoy a burger and two beers for only $25. With its Ocean Drive location in close proximity to the Lummus Park firework show, guests can enjoy a festive meal on America’s favorite holiday. If you want to add a twist to your celebration, order one of the restaurant’s signature mojitos from “The Cathedral of Cuban Mojitos” menu.
InterContinental Miami
Celebrate the 4th with BBQ and fireworks at the InterContinental in Downtown Miami. Head to the luxury hotel’s rooftop pool to enjoy a festive buffet featuring classic BBQ dishes, cocktail specials and live entertainment. Once the sun sets, you’ll be in the perfect spot to watch the fireworks with sweeping views of Biscayne Bay. Of course, a great party wouldn’t be complete without something to take home, so the InterContinental will be providing party favors to all guests who attend. Adult $45, kids 6-12 years old $20.
Isabelle’s Grill Room & Garden
Celebrate America’s Independence and cool down at the chic Coconut Grove Eatery with a trio of colorful spritzers: Aperol Spritz – Aperol, Prosecco and soda; Tito’s Spritz – Vodka, fresh lemon juice, orgeat, and Prosecco; and Agave Spritz – Avion Reposado Tequila, Blue Curacao, fresh lime, agave nectar, and Prosecco. On July 4th, Isabelle’s will have the refreshing libations all day for only $7. Round out the holiday weekend with the perfect hangover Brunch on Sunday, July 7 from 11AM-5PM with Bottomless Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas ($22 per person) and live jazz.
Kiki on the River
Kiki on the River celebrates Independence Day with a riverside BBQ featuring Greek inspired American classics by Chef Steve Rhee. Starting at 1pm, Kiki’s Chef Steve Rhee will offer a special menu of Greek-inspired American classics like the Lamb Merguez Sandwich ($16) made with spicy lamb, peppers, onions, on a pita, with Tzatziki, served with grilled corn on the cobb and a choice of cole slaw or potato salad, a Chorizo Sandwich ($15) or your choice of Baby Back Ribs ($18) and/or Lamb Ribs ($19).
An exclusive Fourth of July featured cocktail “Kiki’s Fired Up,” is an American inspired cocktail chilled to perfection with Ketel One Oranje Vodka, freshly made in house lemonade, Blue Curacao and Grenadine layered over finely crushed ice served at $18 per glass.
The Lincoln Eatery
Visit The Lincoln Eatery on July 4th for a patriotic celebration spreading among the food hall’s 13 global culinary concepts, including the grand opening of Smoke’d, a barbecue and brisket purveyor offering sandwiches, pulled pork, chicken wings, fried chicken, fries and a slew of sides. The Smoke’d team will host a 4th of July picnic on the Eatery’s backyard area for an outdoor Independence Day extravaganza.The concept surrounds cooking high-quality meats in a smoker. In barbecue, smoking is cooking food “low and slow,” for an extended period of time.
Lobster Bar Sea Grille
Lobster Bar Sea Grille Miami Beach is taking your 4th of July BBQ spread to the next level with a special elevated American-inspired menu this Independence Day. Available for one day only as a supplement to the regular menu, these a la carte specials include a fully-loaded Wagyu Burger ($22) fontina, Nueske bacon, tomato jam, butter lettuce, truffle fries on a homemade brioche bun; BBQ Lamb Ribs & Lobster Mac ‘n Cheese ($28) Greek cole slaw, Dodonis feta; and cucumber Yogurt & Dill Soup ($9) pickled sweet peppers, chives.
Not feeling the fireworks yet? Lobster Bar Sea Grille is also offering its Twilight Happy Hour menu all day long, from open to close. Toast to the U.S.A. with $3 domestic beers, $6 wines, $7 specialty cocktails and $8 spirits. Let life, liberty, and the pursuit of Vietnamese BBQ lead you to Phuc Yea on Thursday, July 4 from 6pm – 10pm to celebrate Independence Day.
Featuring a Seafood Cookout with a Vietnamese twist and Chef Ceez Treats, guests will enjoy mouthwatering options like the Main Lobster Pho with rice noodles, whole Maine lobster, winter spice, tamarind and herbage; Soft Shell Bao Buns with herbage, sriracha remoulade and house made pickles; and Crispy Shrimp Banh Mi with salt ‘n peppa shrimp, cilantro remoulade, shredded lettuce, tomato and onions, and herbage.
You’ll also find curried Mussels & Garlic Bread with coconut broth, madras curry, and lemongrass served with a hot buttered garlic bread; and Fire Roasted Oysters with Florida oysters, bread crumbs, garlic butter and chili vinegar. The event will also serve as the LAST Vietnamese-style Lousiana Crawfish, which prepares each dish with lemongrass butter, cajun seasoning, andouille sausage, corn and potato.
Thirst-quenching bar specials will include $9 cocktails, $7 house wines, $5 shots and $15 buckets of brews.
Planta South Beach
In celebration of the Fourth of July, David Grutman’s 100% plant-based restaurant will bring back its Backyard BBQ menu, featuring plant-based takes on barbecue classics such as the Black & Bleu Burger – shiitake bacon, lettuce, tomato, and cashew nut bleu cheese ($22); Southwest Burger – pepper jack “cheese,” lettuce, avocado smash, shaved onion rings, BBQ sauce; Corn “Off the Cob” – white queso, chives, and dried miso ($9); and Buffalo Cauliflower with cashew nut bleu cheese and scallions ($11).
RWSB
Executive Chef Josh Gripper will be kicking off the holiday weekend with his annual barbecue series along with Executive Sous Chef Mario Alegre and the rest of the RWSB culinary team. On Wednesday, July 3rd from 6:30PM-10PM, guest chefs Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth (Stiltsville Fish Bar and Root & Bone) will be cookin’ up some mouthwatering American BBQ with a menu inspired by fare from the husband and wife team’s concepts.
Located in RWSB’s own backyard, The Grove, guests can enjoy the delicious spread for only $40 per person (excluding tax, gratuity, and beverages). Advance purchase is recommended as seating is limited. Walk-in guests are also welcome, space permitting.
Rusty Pelican
Rusty Pelican, known for its dazzling waterfront views, is inviting diners to join them for their top floor Fourth of July celebration. Pricing is as follows (includes one welcome drink of beer or wine; exclusive of gratuity and additional beverages): $65 Adult General Admission; $75 Window Seating (all ages); and $25 per child.
From 7PM to 10PM guests can indulge in a lavish dinner buffet including St. Louis BBQ Ribs with whiskey barbecue sauce; Garlic Crusted Prime Rib with balsamic chimichurri; Homemade Mac & Cheese with aged cheddar, smoked gouda and grated parmesan; decadent desserts and more! Celebrity favorite restaurant, Sugar Factory, known for its over the top desserts, has debuted a spirited Fourth of July Insane Milkshake that you won’t want to miss. This milkshake features all the essentials including vanilla ice cream, strawberry sauce, royal blue ganache, and red, white and blue sour stars, and is topped with whipped cream, red, white and blue sprinkles, pinwheel pops, marshmallows and white chocolate shavings. Additionally, guests can also indulge in red, white, and blue themed sliders which will only be offered for a limited time. Guests can indulge in these sweet USA treats from June 27 through July 31.
Villa Azur
For a French twist on Fourth of July BBQ classics, head on over to Villa Azur. Say adieu to plain, old hot dogs and burgers. This Independence Day try their Wagyu Hot Dog which is served with hot mustard and zucchini-mint slaw on a baguette bun and can be accompanied by sweet potato fries or their Lamb Merguez Sausage Roll that combines harissa on a pita wrap with feta cheese poutine fries. They will also be offering the Wagyu Burger which is topped with balsamic trumpet mushrooms, caramel onions, house cured pickle, garlic aioli and a side of fries. For a sweet finish, try their Very Berry Icebox Cake that is made with sponge, strawberries, blueberries and lemon cream.
Yardbird Southern Table & Bar
Celebrate America’s Independence Day all weekend long with some classic Southern fare and hospitality at Yardbird Southern Table & Bar.
