Eleventh Street Pizza x Caviar Russe Collaboration

Eleventh Street Pizza, renowned for their New York-style artisanal sourdough pizzas, and Caviar Russe, a leading purveyor and restaurant for premium caviar, have joined forces to create a limited-edition Caviar Pizza launching May 24 and available through June 30.

Inspired by the traditional caviar service experience, the Caviar Pizza ($150) offers 14 inches of edge-to-edge flavor. A perfect thin crust is layered with a base of sour cream and mozzarella cheese, topped with thinly sliced potatoes and then topped with the pièce de résistance, 50 grams of Caviar Russe’s finest caviar.

The Caviar Pizza is available for pickup-only at Eleventh Street Pizza’s Dadeland and Downtown locations and comes with everything you need to create the luxurious experience at home, including detailed reheating instructions, a pizza cutter, a 50-gram tin of caviar, and a mother of pearl spoon.

The pies are available for pickup Friday through Sunday from 12 to 10 p.m. and require a 24-hour advance pre-order. Only 20 pies are available daily in each store (2 pies per hour, per store). To pre-order for pickup guests can order via Tock: Dadeland and Downtown.

Bored Cuban Launches New Burger

In light of National Burger Day next week, we wanted to share the wonderful news of the newest addition to Bored Cuban’s menu – El Smash Burger. It’s a creative take on the classic frita burger, boasting a smashed patty made from a flavorful blend of pork and beef, topped with melted Swiss cheese, diced cooked onions, a generous drizzle of Guava Sriracha Ketchup, which is a sauce created by Burger Beast, and crowned with housemade potato stix for a satisfying crunch.

Guests can indulge in this delicious burger for $12.99, available as a standalone order or as part of a combo meal.
