New Menu at Bulla
Escape the summer heat at Bulla Gastrobar, a South Florida gastronomic destination inspired by Spain’s tapas scene with creations served as they’re prepared, meant to be shared and paired with great wine. To add to the fun, Bulla Gastrobar has introduced a summer menu that features a tantalizing array of new dishes alongside refreshing, meticulously crafted cocktails and mocktails.
At all Bulla Gastrobar locations (Coral Gables, Doral, The Falls), guests can indulge in a delightful blend of seasonal tapas, bringing the fresh flavors of Spain to their tables all summer long. Experience authentic Spanish cuisine with Pescaito Frito, a Sevilla-style fried fish – crispy calamari, boquerones, mahi mahi, and tartar sauce, the Montadito de Chistorra with ground Spanish-style sausage, piquillo confit, shredded manchego, and pan de cristal or the Pollo A Cerveza that is made with chicken leg confit, Castelvetrano olives, beer-cooked beans, golden raisins, and EVOO.
Of course, a summertime gathering isn’t complete without perfectly crafted cocktails. Bulla’s new seasonal cocktails include the Pineapple Muleijito, created with rum, pineapple juice, simple syrup, lime, mint leaves, and Fever Tree ginger beer and the Spiced Pear Spritz that blends gin, pear spiced syrup, lemon juice, and soda water. Non-alcoholic mocktails are also available such as Mango Mule – mango puree, lime juice, simple syrup, Fever Tree ginger beer, and the Avocado Margarita mixed with agave, lime juice, and lemon juice.
New July Specialties at PINCHO
The beloved Miami-born burger and kebab sensation PINCHO is introducing some delicious limited items this July — the Bougie Burger and Smash Fries — available until Aug. 31.
– The Bougie Burger consists of PINCHO’s superior-quality beef patty topped with smoked gouda cheese, crispy, grilled shallots, baby arugula, balsamic glaze and finished with delicious Truffle Black Garlic Aioli
– The Smash Fries are crispy fries topped with PINCHO’s signature smashed beef patty, diced pickles and iconic PINCHO sauce.
Peruvian Independence Day at La Mar
On Sunday July 28th, join La Mar in celebrating a cornerstone of Peruvian national spirit, Peru’s Independence Day, also known as ‘Fiestas Patrias.’ This day marks a historic anniversary in Peru’s journey to sovereignty and is an essential piece of its rich cultural tapestry.
Celebrate at La Mar by Gastón Acurio, located in Brickell Key at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, while soaking the best views of Biscayne Bay’s skyline. Executive Chef Diego Oka has curated a special “Fiesta” brunch, exclusive to that day, to offer the most authentic rendition of a true Peruvian experience.
The event will feature a variety of live food stations where guests can taste an array of traditional dishes, along with entertainment such as a live trio band and traditional dance performances that capture the essence and vibrancy of Peruvian culture. As part of the experience, La Mar will also offer unlimited piscos, perfect for toasting to this special day at the heart of Peruvian culture. Book your experience here.

Fireman Derek’s Celebrates 10 Years
Dreamt up by former firefighter turned baking extraordinaire/entrepreneur Derek Kaplan, Fireman Derek’s Bake Shop is the homegrown success story of a self-taught baker who squeezed limes by hand at age 15 to create his famous rendition of Florida’s most famous dessert delicacy – Key Lime Pie – and turned his passion for baking into a household name.
What started out on four wheels as a food truck before the opening of the OG Wynwood shop in 2014, Fireman Derek’s has evolved over the last decade into a dessert dominion where Kaplan and his talented team of bakers whisk up over 50 uniquely decadent pies, cakes, cheesecakes, cookies, brownies, ice cream and more across three thriving storefronts in Wynwood, Coconut Grove and Fort Lauderdale, with new outposts on the horizon.
To commemorate its first decadent decade since the brick-and-mortar opening, and to thank those who have supported the brand over the last 10 years, Fireman Derek’s has unveiled a spectacular new mural by artist Carlos Solano at its flagship location in Wynwood, and is celebrating its first double-digit birthday with several limited-time specials for fans to join in on the festivities!
Kicking off on Saturday, July 13 and running through Sunday, July 14, Fireman Derek’s is giving back to the Wynwood arts community with prints of the new mural signed by the artist and Fireman Derek himself, available for purchase for $30 and will be donating proceeds to a local arts organization. FDBS fans who purchase a mural print will receive a specialty Fireman Derek’s Birthday Box of treats which includes a choice of a slice of cake, a slice of pie, and a cookie. The signed mural print and Birthday Box promotion is exclusive to in-store purchases at the Wynwood location.
The bake shop’s Coconut Grove and Fort Lauderdale outposts are also getting in on the fun with the limited-time return of a nostalgic item from Fireman Derek’s food truck days. Available while supplies last on Saturday, July 13 and Sunday, July 14, at all three FDBS locations, customers can score a slice of Chocolate Dipped Key Lime Pie on a stick for $5.
