New Black Tap Collaboration
Beginning Friday, November 8th, Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer will introduce a limited-edition, Venezuelan-inspired craft burger to its menu in collaboration with FRITZ, Venezuela’s leading salsa brand, to celebrate the historic event of three Venezuelan baseball teams playing at LoanDepot Park for the very first time.
Created by Corporate Executive Chef Stephen Parker, Black Tap’s new Venezuela Slam will feature a prime beef burger, crispy potatoes, FRITZ corn sauce, corn queso, scallions, cilantro, hot spice, and queso fresco. This cultural tribute, featuring FRITZ’s iconic corn salsa goes beyond flavor and adds a unique and authentic Latin flavor to Black Tap’s iconic burger.
With the highly anticipated match around the corner between Navegantes del Magallanes and Leones del Caracas baseball teams, whose rivalry is often referred to as the “El Clásico” of Venezuelan baseball, and the Cardenales de Lara (from FRITZ’s hometown of Barquisimeto) match up against the Dominican Republic, Black Tap invites fans to sample this new special.
This intense rivalry will be complemented by intense flavors of Venezuela, as fans have the chance to witness elite international baseball. Guests can screen the game on November 8th at Black Tap’s bar to watch the very first time these two powerhouse teams are coming together here in Miami for an energetic and fierce competition, celebrating Latin American culture and its love for the sport. Diners can also order the Venezuela Slam through UberEats for delivery or pickup.
