Specialty menu items include Spinach “Pascualina” Empanadas ($18) filled with ricotta cheese, fontina cheese and a hard boiled egg, Fancy Deviled Eggs ($28) topped with Paddlefish caviar, smoked trout roe and chives, Waffles & Salmon ($34) featuring buttermilk waffles with herbed crème fraîche and gravlax cured in-house, Lamb Chop Milanesa ($54) served with truffled mashed potatoes and sautéed French beans.

Casadonna, the coastal Italian restaurant and lounge from Groot Hospitality and Tao Group Hospitality, will host a luxurious Easter brunch buffet on Sunday, April 20th, from 11:00am to 3:00pm, priced at $115 per person.

From 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. diners can enjoy festive dishes like a Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder Thali ($59) served alongside confit heirloom tomatoes, roasted marble potatoes, heirloom carrots, assorted sauces and roti, homemade Raviolo pasta ($19) tossed with seasonal fava beans, mint, ricotta and maitake mushrooms and Roasted Asparagus ($24) drizzled in mussel cream and rye breadcrumbs.
For the perfect brunch pairing, ask for the Cabarete mixed with aperol, st-germain, watermelon, sparkling wine, soda and orange bitters ($17) or a Kimchi Bloody Mary made with vodka, tomato juice, homemade kimchi garnished with jumbo shrimp from the raw bar ($18).
Signature brunch items will also be available like a Rachel Omelette filled with pastrami, pickled cabbage, cave-aged gruyère topped with homemade thousand island ($18), Citrus Cured Salmon served atop rosti potato, crème fraîche, shaved red onion, poached eggs, frisee and smoke trout roe ($35) and Breakfast Pizza topped with house-smoked bacon, fontina, cave aged gruyère, caramelized onion, fried egg ($26).
As a grand finale, Pastry Chef Marlena Bella is baking specialty desserts like a Tres Leche Pistachio Flan Cake ($15) topped with toasted pistachios and raspberries and a Chocolate Angel Food Cake garnished with caramel meringue, caramel sauce and toasted coconut ($15).

The enhanced culinary experience features action stations including a Salad Bar; Traditional Breakfast Station with favorites like omelets, waffles, and assorted fruits; Cevicheria Bar with Ahi Tuna Ceviche, Cobia Ceviche, Shrimp Ceviche and Hearts Of Palm Ceviche; Rodizio Station featuring Grilled Lamb Chops with Mint Gremolata, Chilean Sea Bass with Chipotle Ponzu Glaze, Braised Short Ribs with Pickled Shallots, Cuzco Chicken Airline Breast and Drumstick with Salsa Criolla Aioli Chorizo Argentino, and more; and a Raw Bar offering shrimp cocktail, East and West Coast oysters, and mussels.
