Giselle Miami’s Guest Chef Series continues with a sizzling new twist, this time teaming up with sister concept Rosa Sky for an unforgettable rooftop-to-dining-room experience.
On Wednesday, July 23, Giselle Executive Chef Gustavo Zuluaga will join forces with Rosa Sky’s Chef Andre for the first-ever collaboration between the two TRP Hospitality venues. Together, they’ll present a one-night-only à la carte menu that merges rooftop vibrancy with immersive fine dining.
The menu features standout creations like Florida Snapper Crudo with avocado espuma and star fruit, and a Smoked Octopus BBQ Taco wrapped in a purple corn tortilla with mango-pineapple chutney and summer greens mole. Guests can also sip on The Rosa Sky, a cocktail from Rosa Sky’s menu crafted with Grey Goose Strawberry & Lemongrass Vodka, citrus, and rose-infused ice.

Biscayne Bay Brewing Celebrates 2 Years
Biscayne Bay Brewing is celebrating its 2-Year Anniversary at its flagship taproom in the historic Old Post Office building with a three-day celebration filled with craft beer specials, live entertainment, and community fun from Friday, July 18, through Sunday, July 20.

The anniversary kicks off on Friday with $2 pours of Biscayne Bay’s fan-favorite Tropical Bay IPA, available all day long. Guests can enjoy Happy Hour from 12pm to 6pm, then return for Late Night Happy Hour from 10pm until close for even more unbeatable beer prices.
On Saturday, the celebration continues with another round of Happy Hour specials from 12pm to 6pm, leading into a lively Comedy Night at 9pm, promising plenty of laughs to go with your brew.
Sunday offers one more chance to soak up the festivities, with a relaxed Happy Hour from 12pm to 6pm, ideal for winding down the weekend with friends and craft beer in hand.
Bartender Series at Four Seasons Hotel Miami
14 Thirty-Five at Four Seasons Hotel Miami has unveiled additional dates for their Summer Guest Bartender Series. Featuring one-night-only takeovers by some of the city’s most celebrated mixologists in collaboration with Beverage Director Jacopo Rosito, appearances will include Derek Stilmann with Bar Kaiju on Tuesday, August 5, and Gio Gutierrez (Chat Chow) on Thursday, August 28.
Dates will soon be announced for an evening with world-renowned Naren Young with Sweet Liberty. Guests will enjoy live DJs, specialty drinks, and a complimentary glass of champagne. RSVP required via Eventbrite.
Wine Down Wednesdays at Amal
Enchanting Coconut Grove restaurant and bar, Amal is upping the ante on weekday dining. On Wednesdays, guests can spice up the week with half-priced bottles of wine and live jazz music.
