Rooted in the allure of pasta and designed to enchant the senses, Pasta & Juliet offers a refined Italian-Mediterranean dining experience where tradition meets modern creativity.

Pasta & Juliet presents a menu rich in Italian flavors and tradition, reimagined with a modern twist. Standout appetizer dishes include Mortadella Crostini topped with stracciatella, pesto, rosemary honey and pistachios; and crispy Fried Calamari, served with tartar sauce, lemon and parsley.
Pasta lovers will delight in options like the Pappardelle Burrata & Crispy Prosciutto, featuring pomodoro sauce, DOP olives, parsley and cracked pepper; the classic Spaghetti Pomodoro with basil, garlic, and Parmigiano Reggiano; and Fusilli al Pesto with Burratina, made with basil, pine nuts, parmesan, and DOP olives. A selection of handcrafted pizzas rounds out the menu, with crowd-pleasers like Margherita, Truffle & Pear, Pesto & Rosemary Honey, and Italian Ham & Cheese.
No Italian feast is complete without a well-curated …Mozzarella Bar! At Pasta & Juliet, guests can indulge in an assortment of fresh cheeses and salads, such as Panzanella, served with seasonal tomatoes, apple, basil, DOP olive oil, and stracciatella; the Burratina, made with rosemary honey, pistachios, pesto, semi-dried tomatoes and fresh bread; or Caprese, made with heirloom tomatoes, DOP olive oil, basil, ovolini mozzarella, and balsamic reduction.
Sip and savor with Pasta & Juliet’s standout cocktails like the bold 1K Espresso martini, shaken with Ketel One Vodka, Mr. Black Coffee liqueur, and cold brew; or the Limone Sgroppino, a zesty Italian twist with a smoky soul made with Mezcal Joven, Salvia e Limone liquor, frozen lemon sorbet and splash of Prosecco. The Negroni & Spritz menu also offers the refreshing Spritz Classico with Aperol, Valdo Prosecco, and soda, and the refined Alba Negroni, crafted with Hendrick’s Gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth.
Pasta & Juliet is open daily from 12 PM to 11 PM, offering lunch, dinner, and a dedicated kids’ menu every day. For night owls, a late-night menu features specialty pizzas and classic Italian bites.
