ViceVersa Debuts New Cocktail Menu
The talented team at ViceVersa has developed a new cocktail menu that further deepens the bar’s connection to the Italian futurists of the 1930’s and their reimagination of cocktail culture that rejected the conventional and embraced bold, theatrical, purpose-driven drinks that were meant to stimulate the palate and the imagination.
ViceVersa’s The Manifesto of Nonsense is a collection of 10 drinks where each is born from a function to mean something even when they pretend not to. Divided into five sections, each begins with a manifesto, a declaration of intent: To Awaken, To Excite, To Arouse, To Relax, and To Digest. Pages are filled with illustrations representing the themes and drinks by modern-day Italian futurist artist Jean Vaquier, aka Folzer. These illustrations come to life as prints installed on ViceVersa’s walls and inspiration behind new merchandise.
The Manifesto of Nonsense replaces the opening menu, though it still contains the Negroni Family of Drinks, which now also includes a Boulevardier and a White Negroni with VV’s white vermouth blend, gin, Italicus, Luxardo bitter bianco, and a mix of Buddha’s hand and etrog. Then, a select few cocktails from the opening menu will remain available including Martini Doppio, Brucio in Bocca, Amaro Old Fashioned, and the Affogato Martini.
The Manifesto of Nonsense is now available, along with aperitivo approved seasonal culinary menu changes, the limited ViceVersa burger on Monday’s and Happy Hour with $10 cocktails on Tuesday – Friday from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
New Programming at Le Jardinier
Every Sunday, Le Jardinier, the Michelin-starred restaurant by The Bastion Collection & Chef Alain Verzeroli, invites guests to savor the weekend with Sunday Soirée, a refined brunch experience in the heart of the Miami Design District. From 12 PM to 4:30 PM, enjoy a three-course prix fixe menu for $75 per person and receive a complimentary “Bijou 75” – the restaurant’s elegant twist on a French 75, crafted with Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit & Rosé, fresh lemon, and prosecco. Guests can also explore an array of new fall brunch dishes served à la carte.
Coming Soon: CC Rooftop Social Club
Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood welcomes CC Rooftop Social Club, a luxurious rooftop bar and entertainment destination offering panoramic city views, Tulum-inspired design, and an immersive nightlife experience. Reservations are via OpenTable for a November 11th grand opening where guests will enjoy elevated cuisine, live entertainment, and spectacular city views.
Perched above the seventh floor of Moxy Miami Wynwood, CC Rooftop Social Club combines tropical-inspired décor with intimate outdoor terraces and a vibrant social lounge. The space transitions gracefully from the dining room below, with a grand staircase leading to the rooftop lounge above–creating a journey from dinner to nightlife.
Whether for handcrafted cocktails, live music, or private events, CC Rooftop Social Club offers an all-encompassing, transportive experience. Guests can relax by the outdoor sunken pool or in VIP-style seating while enjoying world-class service and music under the Miami skyline. The rooftop menu invites guests to indulge in a curated selection of modern starters and refined shared plates.
Highlights include Shishito Peppers, Rock Shrimp Tempura, Peking Duck Bao, Wagyu Gyoza, Truffle Edamame Dumplings and more. For lighter fare, guests can enjoy Wedge, Caesar, or Crispy Kale Salads, along with Salmon and Tuna Carpaccio. Elevating the rooftop dining experience, CC’s also features luxury service options, including a Caviar Service and an impressive Seafood Tower. As an added benefit for members, CC’s also features a full Kosher kitchen available upon request.
For those seeking pre-dinner drinks or late-night entertainment, CC Rooftop Social Club will be the ultimate destination, offering an expansive bar and a sophisticated cocktail program, which includes a variety of unique creations such as Goddess of Fire, CC’s signature spicy margarita, Forbidden Fruit and The Temptation Tree. Guests can also indulge in kombucha-inspired blends, designer cocktails, and fresh-fruit mocktails.
The outdoor terrace offers an intimate and transportive escape, surrounded by swaying palms, soft lantern light, and the warm glow of candles. It’s a place to unwind over fine wines, hand-rolled cigars, curated bites, and effortless conversation beneath the palms and stars. Inside, the energy builds in a living room style social lounge designed for live music, dancing, and signature cocktails. Opening Next Week: El Cuban Diner
Gastronomica Miami, the team behind Salao Cuban Restaurant & Bar, Ciao Havana, Old’s Havana, and CosaNostra Nightclub, is opening El Cuban Diner at 1620 SW 8th St, Miami, FL 33135, right on Calle Ocho, this October 30th.
What to expect at El Cuban Diner:
Immersive 1950s Cuba design: cushioned red booths, retro neon signs, and vintage décor creating a transportive, nostalgic diner experience.
Cuban classics with a twist:
Sandwiches and Burgers: Traditional favorites like Pan Con Lechón and a Signature Frita Cuban burger.
