LPM Celebrates 15 Years of the Tomatini
PM Restaurant & Bar is celebrating 15 years of their iconic Tomatini, the essence of LPM in a martini glass and the cocktail that defined a global savory drinks trend, with its second annual global Tomatini Day. For LPM lovers and newcomers alike, it’s a highlight of the season — a lively, elegant evening where guests gather to toast, dine, and revel in true LPM style.
This year, the celebration begins with a tantalizing Tomatini Bar Pop-Up taking place on November 10 (press preview available 5–6 PM, open to the public 6–8 PM), featuring guest bartenders Danilo Božović, founder of Swizzle, and Valentino Longo, Co-Owner of ViceVersa, each reimagining the iconic Tomatini through their own creative lens. Guests will enjoy two exclusive interpretations alongside LPM’s original Tomatini for $17 and Tomati-no for $12, in an evening that celebrates craftsmanship, flavor, and the playful elegance of the LPM bar.
The celebration peaks on Wednesday, November 12 with Tomatini Day, where dining guests will be welcomed with a complimentary Tomatini or Tomati-no served from a special Ketel One bike pop-up on the terrace, before enveloping in an evening of live music, magician performances, caviar from The Only Caviar, and chef-curated bites including Beef Carpaccio Toast, Langoustines Papillote, Heirloom Tomato Tart, Grilled Octopus Skewers, and Oysters with Smoked Tabasco.
To complete the celebration, LPM Miami will unveil the first chapter of its artistic collaboration with Italian designer Antonio Aricò, featuring exclusive pieces inspired by the Tomatini that have been beautifully crafted to reflect LPM’s signature elegance and creative spirit.
