Black History Month at Rosemary’s

In honor of Black History Month, Rosemary’s is featuring The Chisholm Collins ($18), a special cocktail highlighting Ten to One Rum, founded by Marc Farrell. For every cocktail sold, a portion of proceeds will be donated to the Feed the Soul Foundation, which supports marginalized and underrepresented culinary entrepreneurs through funding, business development, and mentorship.

Named after Shirley Chisholm, the first Black woman elected to the United States Congress and the first Black woman to run for president, The Chisholm Collins celebrates leadership, heritage, and progress. The cocktail showcases Ten to One Dark Rum, a brand rooted in Caribbean culture and reimagining rum as an elevated yet inclusive spirit. Recipe available upon request.

Coming Soon: Cotidiano

Cotidiano, the acclaimed restaurant and specialty market from Guadalajara, Mexico, is ushering in a bold new era with its Miami debut on February 20, 2026 in Wynwood, making it the first U.S. location for Mexico’s Cotidiano Group, and the brand’s sixth location overall. Designed for all-day dining, Cotidiano Wynwood operates as a Mexican-style bistro concept that transitions into full dinner service in the evening, serving Mexican and international cuisine, artisanal coffee, and a full bar.

The space offers a refined yet approachable take on bistro cuisine within an open, inviting environment tailored to discerning food lovers, innovators, and Wynwood’s vibrant artistic community. Located at 66 NW 22nd St., Miami, FL 33127, Cotidiano Wynwood is seamlessly connected to Knotel Wyncatcher, Miami’s newest co-working destination for entrepreneurs, artists, and creative professionals.

Located on the corner of 22 Street and Northwest 1 Avenue in the heart of Miami’s arts district, visitors are greeted by a spacious dining room that reflects a sleek, contemporary aesthetic that blurs the line between restaurant and modern workspace. Furnishings evoke the refined, design-forward sensibility of a modern showroom—think sculptural tables, streamlined seating, and thoughtfully curated details—creating an environment that’s equally suited for casual meals, creative meetings, or lingering dinners.

Meaning “daily” in Spanish, Cotidiano is designed to be a place guests return to again and again, with a menu that offers variety without sacrificing quality. Daytime offerings span from açaí bowls, chia pudding, house-baked croissants, and specialty coffee to smoothies, sandwiches, salads, and tacos. In the evening, the menu expands to premium steak cuts such as ribeye and New York strip, alongside comforting dishes like lasagna, complemented by a full cocktail bar featuring craft cocktails, curated wines, and a selection of spirits.

Featuring more than 14,000 square-feet of flexible indoor-outdoor event space, Cotidiano Wynwood is positioned as a premier destination for corporate gatherings, meetings, and brand activations. The 5,000-square-foot main dining room accommodates up to 150 guests and flows right into a 6,000-square-foot atrium shared with neighboring work club Knotel Wyncatcher.

An additional 3,500 square-foot outdoor breakout space upstairs provides an elevated setting for private events, parties and experiential activations. Cotidiano also offers customizable catering packages for events of all sizes, paired with attentive service from a dedicated events team. Members of the Knotel Wyncatcher work club enjoy exclusive perks, including 10% off Cotidiano menu items.

Cotidiano is open Sunday–Thursday from 9am–5pm and Friday–Saturday from 9am–11pm, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, with happy hour on Fridays and Saturdays from 5–7pm.

Now Open: Bar Betty

When restaurateur Michael Stanley first toured the space that would become Sunness Supper Club at 2465 East Sunrise Boulevard, it wasn’t just the spacious downstairs dining room and expansive kitchen space that titillated him. Upstairs he discovered a warren of anterooms and tucked away chambers that mystified as much as they intrigued.

Open Tuesday through Saturday evenings beginning at 7PM, Bar Betty (named after Michael’s grandmother, as Sunness is named after his grandfather) is accessible via a hidden interior staircase (and elevator) linking the two floors. Once upstairs, guests will feel utterly transported, ensconced in a contemporary, space that simultaneously nods to the building’s past as a once well-known Chinese restaurant, Jade Palace.

In fact, the overall décor and design encompass two wildly different aesthetics. The foyer, upon entering, evokes a Far East-leaning look and feel, complete with red lanterns, and a mammoth stone buddha, rescued from the original space and refinished to gorgeous new glory. Playing off the unique dragon wallpaper, the entrance to Bar Betty is nothing but dramatic. From there imbibers enter the bar through a red door, which gives Great Gatsby vibes from the dropped tin ceilings and black walls to the moody lighting and Art Deco-style wallpaper. All this combines to make the perfect, shadowy setting for Bar Betty’s nightly entertainment, from live Roaring 20’s style torch singers to the new Thursday night burlesque show.

But what of the drinks? Of course, the decadently-decked bar is ready to deliver any perfectly-executed cocktail but imbibers should not ignore its signature sips. Top sellers thus far include James and the Spicy Peach (Ghost tequila, Cointreau, agave, Ancho Reyes, lime juice, and peach syrup) and Fluffy Dream (No. 3 Gin, zesty syrup, lemon juice, Aquafaba, Luxardo Apricot Liqueuer, elderflower and citrus bitters). For those seeking a non-alcoholic but palate-pleasing but still flavor-packed pour Bar Betty features three NA options including the Black Betty (Black Market THC Liquor, guava puree, and lime juice).

Bar Betty is located upstairs from Sunness Supper Club at 2465 E Sunrise Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale.
