This past Tuesday, we teamed up with Coral Gables Love to host our second Coral Gables Food Tour. The tour took diners to three different neighborhood restaurants for good food, good drinks and good conversation. From 6 p.m. – 9 p.m., guests enjoyed bites and libations at Angelique Euro Cafe, Cibo Wine Bar and OBBA Sushi & More.
At our first stop, Angelique, we were treated to a full tasting menu that included pomme frites, gruyere gougeres, meatballs and truffle potato gnocchi. To wash it all down, there was plenty of delicious wine. The tour continued at Cibo, where our group chowed down on pizza, fried calamari, polenta fries and other tasty bites.
By this time, we were already full. Thankfully, OBBA Sushi read our minds (and stomachs) by offering bite-sized portions of signature dishes like yellowtail guacamole, steamed sea bass, a ceviche roll and banana tempura to cap the night.
Thanks to everyone who took part in the tour and made it a success. In October, we’ll be venturing out of Coral Gables and into Doral for our first-ever Doral Food Tour. Tickets are available now, and we’ll be revealing more details in the coming week.
