The 2,200-square-foot restaurant features two bars, an indoor dining room, and outdoor patio.

The dinner menu is made up of medium to large dishes and is split amongst appeteasers, salads, schnitzels + more, sides, and desserts.

Signature dishes include: the house-made Pretzel ($13), which is served with a side of beer cheese, pickled onions and house mustards; Brat Plat ($26), all pork frankfurter, smoked kielbasa, Schnitzel House brat, kraut; Pickle Plate ($14) with sweet and sour kraut, pickled eggs, bread and butter pickles, pickled mushrooms, beet turnips; Mountain Goddess ($16) salad with goddess dressing, El Bagel everything bagel chips; Chicken Schnitzel ($26) served with whipped lemon mashed potatoes and gravy; Churrasco ($32) with fried yuca, red chimichurri; Cheddar Baked Spaetzle ($12) made with cheddar gouda; German Cheesecake ($12) topped with sour cherry compote.

The design of The New Schnitzel House represents the interplay of the glitz of Miami in the late 80’s and early 90’s and industrial, German Bauhaus modernist, Art Deco, postmodernism and a touch of the Memphis Group design movements. To pull off the task, Gersten hired and collaborated with Paula Lemme of By Lemme, who set out to create a unique experience-driven design to the concept. Gersten, once again worked with local design and branding house, Sun & Sons, to create another timeless, memorable, and playful brand in the The New Schnitzel House.
