Upcoming Pairing Dinner at Orilla
Experience a symphony of Argentinean flavors as Chef Fernando Trocca teams up with Juan Pablo Michelini of Altar Uco wines for a pairing dinner at Orilla Bar & Grill. Hosted in the heart of Miami Beach, this event promises an evening of Argentine flavors and fine wines.
Chef Trocca, partner and chef behind Orilla Bar & Grill, will curate a seated, 5 course dinner, highlighting the rich tapestry of Argentine cuisine. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines from Altar Uco, with Juan Pablo Michelini of Altar Uco on hand to guide guests through the tasting journey. Standout dishes include Saffron Ossobuco Risotto with Grana Padano and Butter, paired with Altar Uco’s Edad Moderna Malbec 2022 and Edad Moderna Cabernet Sauvignon 2022.
Juan Pablo Michelini, the visionary oenologist behind Altar Uco, crafts wines embodying his unique perspective and deep connection to the terroir of the upper Uco Valley, particularly Gualtallary.

New Happy Hour at Bouchon Bistro
Join Bouchon Bistro every Tuesday through Sunday for the recently debuted Happy Hour that’s sure to please, featuring captivating cocktails and delicious bites from 4PM until 6PM. Located in the historic La Palma building, Bouchon Bistro’s Happy Hour features $12 cocktails including house favorites such as the El Diablo and Hemingway Daquiri; with a selection of bites from Bouchon Bistro’s beloved menu including the TAK Room Cheeseburger avec une bière, Oreilles de Cochon, Huîtres, Assiette de Charcuterie, and more.
Shake Shack Tableside Avocado Experience
Guests who order any sandwich or burger with avocado will have the opportunity to select their own fruit via Shake Shack’s Avocado Expert and receive a tableside slicing demo. Here’s how it works:
– When a guest orders an avocado add-on at the Mary Brickell Village Shack on April 25 and April 26, they’ll be greeted by an on-site Avocado Expert in a special uniform who will present a selection of avocados to choose from (like a sommelier).
– The guest will choose whichever avocado they’d like.
– The Avocado Expert will slice it in front of them, then add it to their order.
Shake Shack and Avocados From Mexico are also offering FREE avocado toppings from April 25 through April 28 for folks who don’t live near a Shack with an Avocado Expert on site (terms and conditions apply). F1 Festivities at Bodega South Beach
Bodega is revving up those engines for a full-on F1 takeover at its flagship lounge in South Beach. Aside from having a full activation at the Miami Grand Prix, complete with an auto-shop themed storefront, live DJ performances, and signature food and beverage offerings, Bodega will also host an F1 event at its South Beach location all weekend long.
The lounge will open early from 12pm onwards on Saturday, with food and cocktail specials running until 8pm, including Carnitas Rancheras Nachos $19 (roasted pork, crispy bacon, salsa ranchera) and a Spicy Cucumber Cooler $15 (El Tequileno reposado, spicy agave, cucumber, lime, mint, citrus-rosemary salt). In the evening, the space will transform to an F1 themed all out bash, with a surprise guest headline DJ spinning early into the next morning.
On that Sunday, Bodega will continue the F1 festivities with $5 draft margaritas from 12pm-2pm, as F1 meets Cinco de Mayo for the ultimate fiesta.
