Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer, Brickell’s newest burger concept known for its award-winning NYC-style burgers and whimsical CrazyShakes®, is teaming up with one of Miami’s most beloved craft breweries Tripping Animals Brewing Co. for a one-night only pairing experience.
The exclusive collaboration dinner will take place at Black Tap on Thursday, October 24th at 6:00pm, hosted by the venue’s Corporate Executive Chef Stephen Parker. Chef Parker will be infusing Tripping Animals brews into the exciting four-course meal with highlights like beer-battered chicken fried oysters, a Korean BBQ soft shell crab sandwich and much more.

Pair your after-work drink with new Les Petites Bouchées menu creations like the vol-au-vents d’escargots (Burgundy snails in puff pastry), artichauts grillés (grilled artichokes with horseradish crème fraiche), and beignets fleurs de courgette (zucchini flowers with smoked burrata dip), or savor in classic bites like brouchettes de crevettes marinées (marinated prawn skewers), and brochettes de bœuf épicé (beef skewers with rose harissa).
