Phuc Yea will be offering a limited-time Matzoh Ball Pho, featuring “Bubbie’s Matzoh Balls,” slow cooked chicken thigh roulade, lemongrass chili oil, loaded with herbs, bean sprouts & rice noodles, seasoned accordingly with hoisin, lime & chilies ($25). New Brunch Service at Delilah
Delilah Miami, the city’s premier modern-day supper club known for its white-glove service and technique-driven cuisine, will roll out the red carpet for its new weekly brunch, launching Sunday, October 20. Starting at $85 per person, brunch includes unlimited access to a full-service breakfast and dessert bar (featuring an indulgent chocolate fountain), along with a choice of one entrée from the à la carte menu showcasing reimagined brunch classics.
Other highlights include a bespoke bloody mary cart, bottomless Delilah Mimosas, interactive food stations and more. Guests can indulge in this sophisticated brunch affair on Delilah Miami’s stunning waterfront patio featuring plush outdoor seating and 180-degree views of Biscayne Bay or in its opulent, vintage-inspired dining room. The dynamic sounds of a live band complete the experience, making it the hottest brunch ticket in town.
Delilah has iconic outposts in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, but its Miami location is the first to introduce a brunch experience.
Entrée options include Bread Pudding French Toast, topped with a fresh seasonal berry compote and airy Chantilly cream; The Breakfast Sandwich, featuring scrambled eggs, bacon, cheddar cheese, avocado, roasted peppers and arugula sandwiched between a potato bun; Delilah Chicken Tenders and Waffles, a twist on chicken and waffles, featuring the restaurant’s famous crispy chicken tenders served over pillowy waffles, drizzled with maple syrup and finished with rich honey butter.
For an added cost, guests can further elevate the brunch experience with interactive brunch stations, like the Bloody Mary Cart, where bartenders craft the cocktails tableside with a house-made spiced bloody mary mix, and enhancements (think: a bump of Kaluga caviar, shrimp cocktail and fresh West Coast oysters).
In true brunch fashion, guests can opt for bottomless Delilah Mimosas, made with Giuliana Prosecco and the diner’s choice of assorted fresh juices. An exclusive lineup of new cocktails – like the refreshing Brickell Spritz, made with Volcan blanco tequila, Aperol, orange juice and prosecco on the rocks, and the Honey, Dew You, made with Don Julio blanco tequila, lime, honeydew, aloe vera and mint – will also be available. Seafood lovers can dive into the fresh seafood station, offering premier West Coast oysters, caviar service, seafood towers and more.
