Coming Soon to Wynwood: Rosemary’s
Sunny’s Steakhouse Opens October 2nd
Introducing Sunny’s Steakhouse (Sunny’s); the highly anticipated restaurant and bar from the team behind Miami’s award-winning Jaguar Sun and Bon Appetit “Best Restaurant in America” honoree Sunny’s Someday Steakhouse residency at Lot 6.
After swiftly becoming one of Miami’s hottest reservations, Sunny’s Someday Steakhouse ended its residency in May 2022. Co-owners Will Thompson and Carey Hynes were able to retain the residency’s beloved outdoor brick courtyard anchored by its majestic banyan tree and broke ground to build a new, modern white-tableclothed indoor and outdoor restaurant around it to create the new Sunny’s Steakhouse – affectionately known as Sunny’s – which is poised to deliver a nightly dinner party that needs to be felt to be believed.
Sunny’s food menu will boast raw bar selections that draw from both Florida waters and afar, wood-fired proteins and steakhouse classics from the team’s in-house dry-aging program, alongside Jaguar Sun’s famous hand-made pastas, salads, and small and large plates. Sunny’s Tales of the Cocktail “Spirited Award” Regional Honoree-named beverage team has developed a high-caliber cocktail program touting impeccably-made classic and house cocktails, a pick-your-path martini menu, a no- and low-ABV cocktail selection, and a robust wine list.
Reservations are now available via Resy. Dinner will be served Wednesday – Saturday from 5PM-12AM, and on Sundays from 4-10PM. Photo by Michael Pisarri.

Coming Soon to Wynwood: Rosemary’s
Rosemary’s, the beloved Italian neighborhood restaurant from New York City’s Casa Nela hospitality group, is excited to announce the late-fall 2024 opening of its newest location at 322 NW 25th Street in the heart of Wynwood – Miami’s buzzy arts district.
Since its opening in 2012, the West Village institution has been adored for its quality, diversity, and affordability – which it successfully sustains today. With two additional New York City locations and an outpost in Tokyo, Rosemary’s has become synonymous with fresh, locally sourced Italian cuisine, warm hospitality, and exceptional value. This fall, Rosemary’s will propel its growth to Miami – a market appreciative of the same pillars that have earned the brand raves for over a decade.
Rosemary’s Wynwood will deliver a thoughtful and elevated dining experience rooted in sustainability and locally sourced ingredients while reminding the wider community that great design and food can be approachable. Through collaborations with like-minded hometown heroes, talent, small businesses, and organizations, Rosemary’s Wynwood has large hopes of creating a genuine connection to Miami’s vibrant, diverse culture.
The menu – echoing Rosemary’s deep-rooted connection to the land – will showcase a variety of seasonal vegetables, handmade pastas, and fresh seafood. Diners can expect made-from-scratch mozzarella, an array of focaccia, along with house favorites such as Eggplant Caponata with roasted vegetables, pine nuts, and agrodolce; the Orecchiette with house-made sausage, broccoli rabe, Fresno chili and Parmigiano; and the Chopped Salad “Siciliana” with escarole, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, crispy chickpeas, ricotta salata, and almonds.
For dessert, guests can indulge in the popular Olive Oil Cake, Tiramisu, and Bombolini with Nutella crema. A creative cocktail list will feature Italian spritzes, zero-proof libations, and twists on the classics. The wine list will feature Italian wines, curated to complement the menu.
