Shoma Bazaar Welcomes KUFFO
Shoma Bazaar, Doral’s beloved cultural hub with unmatched cuisine, is thrilled to welcome KUFFO Restaurant as its newest vendor March 1. KUFFO Restaurant is a vibrant Asian Fusion culinary concept that was inspired by founder Fernando Vargas’s grandmother’s love for quality and culturally-rich food.
Guests can look forward to a menu that combines innovation, tradition, and a touch of global flair, ensuring every bite is a journey of flavor. With roots tracing back to a family tradition of cooking, the journey of KUFFO began when Vargas relocated to the United States at the age of 17. This move opened doors to explore creativity in the culinary industry, eventually leading to the establishment of KUFFO in the summer of 2020 in Country Walk.
“At Shoma Bazaar, we take pride in showcasing local, family-owned businesses and helping them connect with a wider audience,” said Stephanie Shojaee, President of Shoma Group. “KUFFO not only brings innovative flavors, but also rich culinary traditions rooted in family memories. The passion and love they put into their recipes is something we know our guests will love and appreciate, and we can’t wait for them to join us.”
KUFFO was founded on the belief that great food has the power to bring people together and create lasting memories. Inspired by the warmth of family gatherings, every dish reflects the same passion and hospitality that filled Vargas’s own home kitchen. More than just a meal, KUFFO offers an experience–one where guests feel welcomed, cared for and truly at home.
From intimate dinners to lively events and catering services, every bite is crafted with joy and purpose. With its expansion to Shoma Bazaar, KUFFO will deliver bold Asian Fusion flavors to the Doral community, continuing its mission of making people happy one dish at a time.
