North Miami BrewFest is a one-day festival featuring some of the best breweries in South Florida and their unique, varied creations. Their mission: to contribute to brewing science education and innovation for the craft brew industry, brewpubs and home brew organizations.
On November 16, guests will be able to sample more than 200 different beers. The event will also include educational seminars delivered by faculty and top industry experts who share expertise and a passion for brewing and the science behind it.
NoMi BrewFest began as a student project, led by hospitality management students at the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, at Florida International University. Proceeds from the North Miami BrewFest support the FIU Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management and its Brewing Science program.
Attendees will also have the chance to try gourmet bites designed to pair with the bountiful brews throughout the event.
Both VIP and GA tickets are available. VIP ticketholders will be able to enter the event at 2 p.m., while GA tickets allow access at 3 p.m. The festivities run until 7 p.m.
