Amara at Paraiso

Watch the fireworks with the best restaurant view in Miami on the Fourth of July, complete with a special Latin “Backyard BBQ” inspired menu from chef Michael Paley. Available a la carte as a supplement to Amara’s regular dinner menu, guests can enjoy La Caja China, a whole pig roasted under the coals served with accompaniments and choice of fire-kissed bread or tortillas, or go for a bold, exotic twist on

American classics like the Chorizo Cheeseburger or Butifarra hotdog. Grilled Oysters, Grilled Corn, and Watermelon Salad with spiced pepitas complete the meal. The Crossing of Biscayne Bay, a special cocktail made with bourbon, house-made horchata, agua fresca of rice, sugar and cinnamon, and topped with a crispy orange, will be offered for $13 each, along with Peruvian lager beer Cusqueña buckets for $20 (5 bottles). DJ Savy Fontana will set the mood. Walk-ins and reservations are welcome from 5:30 until 11:00 pm.

American Social Bar & Kitchen

All-American food and booze is a must for any 4th of July festivity. With classic American bites such as their AmSo Burger that’s grilled to perfection, Mac & Cheese with Vermont Cheddar, Gruyere, Parmesan, cream cheese and Orecchiette (you can even add truffle), and Hickory Smoked Chicken Wings with Bourbon BBQ sauce, caramelized vidalia onions and smoked blue cheese vinaigrette, American Social Bar & Kitchen – Brickell and Las Olas has you covered.

From 4-8 p.m., guests can enjoy happy hour with special-priced patriotic drinks while enjoying waterfront views. The restaurant even pays tribute to classic Americana style with red, white and blue décor, as well as framed magazines on the walls that each represent an iconic moment in American history. After all, with America in the name, can you think of a better place to celebrate the land of the free?

The Atlantic Hotel & Spa

To celebrate the new SKY Bar and the Fourth of July, the Atlantic Hotel & Spa, along with SKYY Vodka, will host a kickoff party to be remembered. On Wednesday, July 4, guests can start the night with happy hour at SKY Bar from 4–7 p.m. Specialty Fourth of July-themed cocktails — including Aperol Spritz (red), Watermelon Lemonade (white) and SKY Blue Margarita (blue) — will be served, in addition to small plates.

Following happy hour, SKY Bar will offer a traditional American Clam Bake feast from 7–9 p.m. The breathtaking views of the fireworks show over the Atlantic Ocean will begin at 9 p.m. Guests can indulge in a chef-inspired menu including Maine Lobster with drawn butter, Steamed Little Neck Clams and PEI Mussels, Sautéed Snapper with sautéed spinach and a bountiful carving station featuring Roast Top Sirloin of Beef. Attendees can end the night on a sweet note with Apple Pie or Strawberry Shortcake. Cocktails, beer and wine are available at SKY Bar on a cash basis. The SKY Bar happy hour will be available to hotel guests and guests with tickets for the American Clam Bake.

Atton Brickell Miami

Atton Brickell Miami will be serving up their very own delicious grilled BBQ by the pool with dishes like the famous ATTON Burger, Black Angus Hot Dogs, Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich, New York Steak with Vegetables, BBQ Wings, and specialty cocktails at Atton’s Vista rooftop bar. Biscayne Bay Brewing Company

Biscayne Bay Brewing Company will making sure that everyone gets the most out of America’s Independence Day by having food specials all day and, of course, on beer!

On July 4th Biscayne Bay Brewing Company will be firing up the grill and offering 3 different style hotdogs all day, only priced at $2.50 each! Choose between a Venezuelan style hot dog, a normal plain hotdog, and/or a chili dog. To wash it down enjoy 25% off all growler fills, 6-packs, and special release bottles.

Chotto Matte

Guests who order the Fourth of July cocktail will receive the restaurant’s signature Inca Manhattan – made with whiskey, tonka, Dolin red &dry, caramel, Fernet Branca Menta, and lemon oil – decked out with a sparkler, blue popping candy on the rim and a star-shaped marshmallow. For an extra patriotic experience, order the chicken wings – made using a traditional Peruvian marinade of aji panca and aji Amarillo chili, chargrilled over hot coals – served with an American flag for an Instagram-worthy July 4th meal.

ETARU Hallandale

ETARU Hallandale, the restaurant featuring contemporary Robatayaki cuisine, will host a Fourth of July celebration cookout on their second-floor terrace, which features spectacular panoramic ocean views, on Wednesday, July 4 from 12:30PM until 4PM. The cookout will feature an outdoor robata grill and beats by DJ Nuny Love.

Fireworks from up and down Hallandale Beach will be visible for a remarkable and memorable experience. An a la carte food & beverage menu will be available with favorites such as the ETARU Burger with tomato, onion and shiitake ketchup served with fries; and a selection of sushi, sashimi, salads and Robata dishes. A variety of refreshing cocktails including the Bonsai Storm with plantation dark rum, pickled ginger, lime ginger beer and angostura bitters; the Rita Okinawa made with Yuzu kosho infused tequila, yellow chartreuse, lime & agave; Frosé; and an assortment of wines and beers.

Faena Miami Beach

Get the celebrations started early on Sunday, July 1 with live music and festive F&B offers at Faena Miami Beach. Starting at 12:00 PM, Sarah Packiam will take the stage at Tree of Life for a live performance of American rock and pop classics while guests sip on celebratory specialty cocktails including a Blue Daquiri and Strawberry Vodka Lemonade, and American bites including a Bourbon Maple Burger, Wagyu Beef Chili Dog, Pecan Pie and Red Velvet Whoopi Pie.

Glass & Vine

Glass and Vine, the outdoor oasis in the heart of Coconut Grove is inviting families to join them this Independence Day to celebrate the holiday in Peacock Park. Lunch, Happy Hour, and dinner will be available including refreshing dishes like the Watermelon Salad with lime crema, cotija, toasted corn and cilantro; and Jerk Chicken Sandwich with brioche, onion, cilantro, mango lime vinaigrette and French fries.

Also available are the Local Fish Tiradito with rocoto leche de tigre, sweet potato and cilantro; and Housemade Semolina Pasta with green pea pesto, pistachios and toasted breadcrumbs. Wash it down with one of their delightful cocktails like the Bay View Spritz with Fos Greek Mastiha, lemon, mint and prosecco or the La Mula with Olmeca, ginger liqueur, jalapeño and ginger beer.

Kiki on the River

Kiki on the River celebrates our nation with NFL Miami Dolphins All-Star Reshad Jones and a Greek inspired American classics by Chef Steve Rhee. Starting at noon, Kiki’s Chef Steve Rhee will offer a special menu of Greek-inspired American classics like the Greek Style Burger ($18) made with ½ Lbs Angus Beef Patty, served with all the fixings and topped with shredded Kefalograviera cheese on a brioche bun, a Chicken Souvlaki Sandwich ($17), Churrasco steak ($24) or Catch of the day Fish Sandwich deep fried with tomato, English cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, Greek oregano, Olive oil, served with Fava Puree, on a Pita. All specials will be served with herbed French fries or house salad.

To enhance the festivities Kiki will also be offering cocktail and drink specials including pitchers of “Poseidon’s Punch” for $14 per glass.

Malibu Farm

Enjoy a special $45 pre-fixed menu with mouthwatering choices including Caja China Tacos, BBQ delights from the pit master – think low and slow cooked brisket, smokey chicken thighs and Biscayne Bay Brewing x Proper Sausage Collab, and sides like Cous Cous ‘Mac n Cheese,’ Chard Corn and Broccoli Mashed. End things on a sweet note before the fireworks with their Summer Fruits Streusel and house-made Ice Cream. Don’t forget to cheers to America’s birthday with an 8 oz. draft beer from Biscayne Brewing Company.

Guests can also order any of the above a la carte as well as Pit Master Pizza topped with all of your BBQ favorites, Brisket Sandwich, BBQ Beet Sandwich and $5 Biscayne Bay Brewing ale’s as they take over Malibu Farm’s taps for the day.

The National

Miami’s most influential brand, Made in Miami, and Revolution 93.5, South Florida’s leading radio station for dance music, are celebrating Independence Day at The National Hotel on Saturday, June 30th with a patriotic poolside celebration featuring an all-star lineup of electronic music performers! Nikki Beach Miami, the quintessential South of France style beach club known for it’s joie de vivre and larger than life celebrations does 4th of July with explosive beats, over-the-top Burgers, favorite bunk activities, S’mores, and a massive fireworks display across the South Beach sky. Celebrated at each of the twelve Nikki Beach locations across the world, Fourth of July Nikki Beach-style has become legendary.

From 12pm – 5pm: The day starts with Nikki Beach’s Brunch – long considered one of the best brunches on South Beach. Offering a myriad of stations and dishes ranging from savory prime rib and whole roast pork, to live paella stations with fresh seafood, handmade pasta made to order on site, custom omeletts, house pickled vegetables, Nutella waffles, decadent desserts, Nikki Beach also offers a craft Bloody Mary bar.

The Wynwood Yard is all fired up about this year’s Fourth of July celebrations! To get you geared up for it, The Yard is hosting a 4th of July Eve with ¡Suénalo! shindig and a 4th of July Beer Fest and BBQ at The Yard with BBQ specials and live music to groove independently to on both days.

Experience just how delicious independence tastes with specially-created dishes that make their debut on the 3rd.
