120 IPA Day at Dogfish Head

Everyone LOVES the Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA which has the 15-20% ABV, and since Dogfish Head Miami will have been open 120 days on Saturday (9/18), they are celebrating with 120 IPA Day.

From 12pm-11pm they’ll have 120 Minute IPA specials on drafts and slushies, and for Dogfish Head enthusiasts they have a special selection of 2014 vintage bottles to be popped at the brewery while supplies last!

 

Guacamole Special at Rocco’s Tacos

In partnership with Danos Tequila, Rocco’s Tacos and Danos invites guests to relish in a special guacamole pairing menu through September 19th. For $25, savor in Special Guacamole + Dano’s Pineapple-Jalapeno Margarita with bacon esquites guacamole paired with Dano’s Pineapple-Jalapeno Margarita; and Guacamole Empanadas + Rocco’s House Margarita served with queso fresco and chipotle crema paired with Rocco’s house margarita with Dano’s Blanco for $15.

 

Drink at Pubbelly Sushi for a Good Cause

To commemorate October as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Pubbelly Sushi is pleased to announce the “Drink Pink” fundraiser to benefit Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.

The promotion, which runs from Oct. 1-31, features the restaurant’s limited-time-only Pink Sangria ($16) made with sparkling rosé, a dash of sprite, guava, a whole muddled strawberry, and a twist of lime. A portion of proceeds from the sale of every cocktail will go to fund Sylvester’s wig program that provides free wigs for cancer patients and survivors.

 

Loud and Proud at Time Out Miami Market

Time Out Market Miami is popping bottles for Miami Beach Pride weekend! This weekend, raise a glass to the LGBTQIA+ community at Loud & Proud, where diners can score deeply discounted bottles of champagne for $50 and happy hour drink pricing from 4PM to 7PM and again from 9PM to 11PM.

Guests can jam out to their favorite dance tracks courtesy of DJ Discofuturo and taste their way through the Market’s delicious eats; from Detroit-style pizza and chef-driven fried chicken to Spanish tapas, Peruvian ceviche, Mexican tacos and more. Local tattoo artist, Jefferson Sotto, will be on-site for those who want to memorialize this year’s festivities with a mini tat.

 

Phuc Yea Celebrates 10 Years

In celebration of Phuc Yea’s 10th anniversary, MiMo’s modern Vietnamese mainstay will be offering a “5&10” Happy Hour Menu throughout the month of September. The $5 Liquid Menu includes Shot + Beer specials, Agave Seltzer, Sapporo selections, Red Wine Sangria, plus Cava and Rose by the glass.

The $10 Eats Menu includes savory appetizers such as Salt & Pepper Shrimp, Caramelized Chicken Wings, Crispy Imperial Rolls, Edamame Hummus and the restaurant’s signature PY Noodles. Phuc Yea’s regular Happy Hour offerings will also be available for purchase.

 

Chilean Independence Day at Boia De

Boia De will be hosting its 3rd Annual Chilean Independence Day celebration on Saturday, September 18 in honor of co-owner Luciana (Luci) Giangrandi’s Chilean roots. The restaurant will have an all Chilean by-the-glass wine list, as well as a few traditional Chilean dish specials, a festive playlist and some special surprises for friends and family during dinner service. They will also be offering their regular menu as well.

 

Tanuki Turns 5

To celebrate Tanuki’s 5 Year Anniversary, they’ve collaborated with foodie influencer Nico Norena (aka @succulentbite) to create a limited-time-only dessert inspired by the restaurant’s signature pan-Asian cuisine (think: Japanese Souffle Cheesecake).

The special anniversary dessert will be available starting Friday, September 17th until Thursday, September 30th. Plus, check out Tanuki’s Instagram for additional $5 daily specials through the rest of September.

 

Cantina Catrina Launches Weekend Brunch

Cantina Catrina has officially introduced its Weekend Brunch! The new menu features a variety of breakfast-inspired Mexican plates, including Huevos Veracruzanos – corn tortillas, Mexican scrambled eggs, red guajillo sauce, sour cream, queso fresco, red onions, and refried beans; as well as several classics like Waffles – two crispy waffles, sweet ricotta cream, berries mix, and maple syrup.

Enjoy bottomless Margaritas or Micheladas or enjoy their new Paloma Mimosa – sparkling wine with a Paloma cocktail popsicle. Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 3 PM.
