Amara at Paraiso

Romance your Valentine with views of the bay and tasty bites at Amara at Paraiso. Amara is offering a four course pre fixed menu for $125++ per person. Starting with oysters and caviar, and an option of yellowfin tuna tiradito or grilled gem lettuce. Guests have entree options of arroz verde, wood grilled grouper or NY strip steak. For desert there is a oaxacan chocolate cake with dulce de leche, peanut and sea salt crumble and paired with coffee ice cream.

Atlantikós

Couples, galentines, or friends can indulge in a four-course dinner with optional wine pairing at The St. Regis Bal Harbour’s authentic Mediterranean restaurant. Exuding a truly authentic Mediterranean ambience, guests can delight in a special menu this V-Day featuring a roasted beet and strawberry salad, pan-seared scallops, prime beef tenderloin and a manjari chocolate ganache. The four-course menu is priced at $175/adult and $265/adult with the special wine pairing.

Ball & Chain

This Valentine’s Day, Ball & Chain will offer the “Amor En Havana.” Made with Myers Rum, Coffee Liqueur, Creme de Banana, fresh-squeezed lime juice and simple syrup this sweet libation will say what loving words can’t. The “Amor En Havana” Cocktail will only be available Valentine’s Day weekend only for a sweet $14. They also offer a full menu of food, including Calle Ocho Burger, Cuban Spring Roll and more, for those who are looking to recharge after dancing with their partner at Ball & Chain.

Byblos

Miami Beach’s Mediterranean hotspot Byblos is offering an over the top Valentine’s Day tasting menu and complete romantic experience at $300+/per person. Upon arrival guests will receive a welcome cocktail as well as a bouquet of roses at their table.

The tasting menu will include Byblos’ classics such as hamachi, truffle pide, lamb ribs, short rib kebabs, atlantic salmon, truffle rice and brussels. Guests will end the night with the chef’s choice of dessert. Also included will be a bottle of Moet Chandon Grand Vintage 2008 and Byblos’ famous spiked tea cocktails. Byblos’ a la carte menu will also be available for guests.

Café La Trova

This Valentine’s Day, celebrate LOVE Cuban-style in the heart of Little Havana! On Monday, February 14th guests can enjoy a three course, family-style prix fixe menu ($85 per person ++) featuring flavorful dishes by James Beard Award winning chef Michelle Bernstein and holiday-themed cocktails by one of the world’s most celebrated bartenders, Julio Cabrera, and his team of award-winning cantineros.

The romantic, high-energy evening includes live music that will have everyone twirling their partner on the dance floor, plus a rose for every couple. The Valentine’s Day Prix Fixe Menu includes a glass of prosecco or a Mojito Criollo per person with Starters like a Foie Gras Crema catalana, cuban toast (+$8) or Tuna Crudo, blood oranges, chilies, Spanish olive oil; Main Courses such as Branzino with caramelized fennel, whipped cauliflower, and lemon-caper brown butter or Filet mignon accompanied by foie gras nage and a potato gratin; and a sweet ending with Mexican Chocolate budino with creme fraiche, amarena cherries or Flan de la flaca.

Casa Mariano

Nothing says romance quite like the intimate and elegant ambiance at Casa Mariano. The recently debuted Mediterranean-inspired concept is offering a three course prix fixe menu ($85 per person ++) alongside carefully curated wine pairings by General Manager and Sommelier, Victor Tapia, for an additional charge.

Some of the highlights of the special Valentine’s Day menu include Truffle Stuffed Brie en Croute, Seared Pork Belly, Lobster Raviolis in Bisque and Center Cut Pistachio Crusted Sea Bass, as well as Chocolate Tart and Balcarce Baked Alaska for dessert.

Fiola

Celebrate LOVE this Valentine’s Day at Michelin-starred Fiola’s Miami outpost! Executive Chef Daniel Ganem is crafting an a la carte menu with selected specials including, but not limited to, the Lolla Rossa Salad; Snake River Farms Wagyu Carpaccio; Anolini pasta; and the Grilled Wild Gulf Coast Prawn among other delicious selections.

In addition to Fiola’s classic Italian cuisine, the restaurant will also be offering a duo of specialty Valentine’s Day cocktails ($22-available while supplies last): Barrel-Aged Negroni–60 day in-house barrel-aged Negroni made with High West Double Rye, Martini and Rossi Bitter, Vermouth, and Ramazotti Amaro float; and Love Potion–Ilegal Mezcal reposado, prickly pear, and grapefruit cordial.

Jaguar Restaurant

Whether you’re looking to celebrate with your partner or a group of friends, Jaguar Restaurant is the place to be this Valentine’s Day! Located in the enchanting neighborhood of Coconut Grove, Jaguar Restaurant will celebrate the day of love with a Jaguar Fun: Valentine’s Day Party!

Tickets are $35 per person and include an open bar and unlimited Latin-style tapas from 4 pm to 8 pm on 2/14.

Peacock Garden

Peacock Garden’s three-course, prix fixe, Valentine’s Day menu will feature favorites such as kumamoto oysters or roasted beets to start with a fresh spiny lobster risotto or Hudson Valley seared duck breast entrees and next-level, decadent desserts like chocolate semifreddo that’ll give guests a piece of heaven.

Planta Queen

Treat your Queen to a 100% plant-based meal at PLANTA Queen this Valentine’s Day. Enjoy a prix fixe a la carte menu along with new dishes, featuring PLANTA Queen favorites like the ahi watermelon nigiri, truffle fried rice, red curry and more for $75 per person. For those who are looking to stay in this Valentine’s Day, PLANTA Queen is also offering a prix fixe take out menu that feeds up to two for $100.

Red Rooster

Nothing says love like a full tummy, which is why Red Rooster Overtown has created a special prix-fixe Valentine’s Day menu available all weekend long. In addition to a limited a la carte menu, guests will also have the option to indulge in the prix-fixe 5-course Valentine’s Day menu, at $85/per person.

The evening will begin with a scallop crudofollowed by crispy sweetbreads with grilled calamari, pistachio maafe, and asparagus. The third course will be a slow-cooked black bass served with grilled artichoke, arugula zhug, potato, and oyster. For the fourth course, guests have a choice between dry-aged duck breast, a wagyu beef cheek, or a lamb shank for two. To finish off the night, “A Passion for Chocolate” dessert will be served.

Rivertail

Although typically closed on Mondays, Rivertail will be open and offering a special Valentine’s Day three-course prix fixe menu at $89 per guest including: Celeriac Soup, Lobster & Crabcake, Tuna Crudo. Maine Lobster Tail, Grilled Cobia, Flatiron Steak and a Chocolate Decadence dessert.

Shuckers Waterfront Bar & Grill

Shuckers Waterfront Bar & Grill – Miami’s favorite waterfront bar is offering lovers the chance to enjoy food specials during Valentine’s Day. Relish in $48 stone crabs, $22 oysters, $15 heart of palm salad, $42 lobster and shrimp pasta, $48 twin lobster tail, and a triple chocolate layer cake for dessert. Reservations are required.

Stiltsville Fish Bar

From February 11 – February 14, treat your loved one to Valentine’s Day specials at Stiltsville Fish Bar. Enjoy a beautiful Miami sunset while indulging in special dishes like the Sunchokes and Caviar, Miso Honey Crusted Sea Scallops or Wild Salmon and Love Rice. Don’t forget about dessert and end your meal on a sweet note with the Passion Fruit Pavlova to get your sweet-tooth fix!

Swizzle Rum Bar & Drinkery

Just a six-minute walk from Artechouse, Swizzle Rum Bar is an intimate New York-meets-Miami speakeasy and craft cocktail bar in the basement of the Stiles Hotel. TUR Kitchen

Celebrated for its contemporary, ingredient-forward dishes, TUR Kitchen will offer a prix fixe menu for ($95 per person ++) showcasing a selection of amuse-bouche, entrées, mains, desserts and side dishes. The delicious menu includes everything from Fois Gras to Octopus, Black Grouper, Filet Mignon, Duck Magret and more. Upgrade the experience with luxe additions like Fresh Black Winter Truffle, Alba White Truffle (MP) and Ossetra Caviar (Royal Siberian – 1 oz. $79; Imperial Russian – 1 oz. $99).

Zuma Miami

Zuma – the four-letter word locals and tourists alike just can’t get enough of – is kicking off Valentine’s Day weekend with their famed boozy brunch, packed with additional premium buffet and entrée options, a seafood tower, and themed dessert platters.

Located in the heart of Coral Gables, WellFed Miami offers a casual, yet equally delectable dining experience. This Valentine’s Day, the Latin-American inspired concept will offer a prix fixe menu for $100 per person showcasing an array of classics including Blood Sausage Mini Arepas with aji dulce purée and sea urchin escabeche; Cured Salmon with its own roe, tamarillo foam and smashed purple sweet potatoes; Ripped Sweet Plantain and Foie Gras Crème Brûlée with baby radishes; Filet Mignon on Porto-Porcini sauce with aligot and black truffles; and Choco-Bloody Heart with creamy 72% carenero chocolate mousse with amarena core, pistachio tartalete and passion fruit Manjar. The special menu will also include a glass of Cava Rose and a coffee to conclude the meal.
