New Brunch at Quinto

Quinto is Downtown Miami’s South American restaurant overlooking the Miami skyline. Located at the EAST Miami Hotel in Brickell, Quinto is known for its signature open-fire cooking style, personable service, and unique combination of rustic charm and casual comfort.

Kicking off on Sunday, July 16th, Quinto will introduce its newest concept: Brunch de Barrio, a modern take on street food classics.

Brunch de Barrio is a journey through Latin American neighborhoods or “barrios.” A walk with friends and family along unbeaten paths while visiting new destinations with the purpose of coming across authentic and exceptional food and drinks. Sharing experiences and creating memories through bites and sips are the purpose of this true culinary adventure.

Priced at $75+ per person, guests can enjoy South American flavors, endless a la carte, – boasting more than 20 dishes – and free-flowing bottomless cocktails. Brunch-goers can indulge in Vuelve a la Vida, a seafood cocktail (shrimp, octopus, calamari, oyster), with orange-lime-tomato cold broth, avocado, and tortilla chips; the Tostada de Pulpo, poached octopus, pineapple, fried corn tortilla, macha sauce, guacamole, and octopus chicharron; or the Ostras y Michelada, Blue Point oysters with soy, lime, tabasco and worcestershire sauce from the Barra Fria (cold bar).

Tantalize the taste buds with items from the grill, Del Fuego, including Huevos Rancheros Divorciados; prepared with two fried eggs, fried corn tortilla, salsa roja, salsa verde, black beans, queso fresco, and cilantro; Chile Relleno, roasted poblano pepper, Oaxaca cheese, black bean sauce and fresh tortilla chips; or Tabla de Carne, grilled skirt steak, NY strip steak, rack of lamb, and chimichurri.

Pair any of the variety of brunch dishes with Quinto’s signature cocktails ranging from the Blood Orange Pisco Sour, made with pisco, blood orange juice, lime juice, agave syrup, and egg white; to the Coconut Espresso Martini, shaken with vodka, coffee liquor, espresso, and coconut foam.

Those looking for traditional brunch classics can opt for Bloody Mary’s, Mimosas, Bellinis, Prosecco and select wines. For dessert, guests can finish off their meal with the decadent Tostada de Tres Leches, Pastel de Elote, Paleta de Mango y Leche de Coco, and more.

Brunch de Barrio is offered every Sunday from 12PM to 4PM.
