Pisco y Nazca Opens in Coral Gables

Centurion Restaurant Group (CRG) has expanded the footprint of its beloved Peruvian gastrobar, Pisco y Nazca, opening its newest location in Coral Gables’ Miracle Mile. This expansion marks a significant milestone for the company as it continues to bring the vibrant flavors of Peru to food enthusiasts throughout The Magic City and beyond, with other locations across Miami (Kendall and Doral), Washington D.C., and Virginia (Reston).

The menu at Pisco y Nazca Coral Gables boasts a selection of Peruvian classic dishes with a twist, prepared with the finest ingredients. From traditional ceviches bursting with fresh flavors to mouthwatering anticuchos and lomo saltado, every dish tells a story of Peru’s rich culinary heritage. For those seeking a true taste of Peru’s national spirit, the bar offers an extensive list of Pisco-based cocktails, expertly crafted by mixologists.

For the interior design, Centurion Restaurant Group enlisted Pam Manhas of Manhas Designs to create a space that pays homage to the beloved Pisco y Nazca brand while giving the Miracle Mile restaurant an identity of its own.

No two Pisco y Nazca locations are ever the same and Manhas’ vision for the Coral Gables space seamlessly marries casual and trendy vibes with understated sophistication. While maintaining the brand’s signature teal color, Pisco y Nazca Coral Gables features light wood designs, bamboo-like fixtures, and a first-of-its-kind plant wall adorned with a soon-to-be-revealed neon sign. The architect behind Pisco y Nazca Coral Gables is Form Group & Omar Morales.

“Opening Pisco y Nazca on Miracle Mile was a natural next step for us,” said Carlos Centurion, President, and Founder of Centurion Restaurant Group. “The vibrant community of Coral Gables shares our passion for exceptional food and hospitality. We’re eager and excited to bring them the flavors of Peru through our culinary concept that’s grown to have a loyal following in Florida, Washington D.C., and Virginia.”

Located at 101 Miracle Mile, Pisco y Nazca Coral Gables is open Sunday (11am – 10pm), Monday – Tuesday (11:30am – 10pm), Wednesday – Thursday (11:30am – 11pm), Friday (11:30am – 12am) and Saturday (11am – 12am). Each Pisco y Nazca restaurant offers Daily Happy Hour (4 – 7pm) and Prix Fixe culinary experiences, including a 2 – 3 course Weekday Lunch Menu and a 3-course Weekend Brunch Menu, with the option to add bottomless beverages.
