New Programming at Tacombi

There are few cities where summer is celebrated quite like Miami. Long afternoons become sunset cocktails. Dinner turns into an evening out. Friends gather outside long after the sun goes down.

This summer, Tacombi is embracing that rhythm with the launch of Summer in Mexico, a new seasonal campaign celebrating the vibrant flavors, hospitality and spirit of Mexico through fresh coastal cuisine, elevated tequila experiences and community programming designed exclusively for South Florida.

Guests can now enjoy Tacombi’s new Tuna Tostada, a bright, refreshing dish inspired by the seafood traditions found along Mexico’s Pacific coastline. Featuring premium tuna layered with vibrant citrus, fresh herbs, and bold Mexican flavors atop a crisp tostada, the new menu addition was created for Miami’s year-round patio season and the city’s love of fresh, coastal dining.

The launch marks the beginning of a new chapter for Tacombi in Miami as the restaurant introduces The Tequila Garden, a new identity for its expansive Brickell patio that will serve as the backdrop for seasonal cocktails, neighborhood gatherings, creator experiences, live entertainment and community events throughout the summer and beyond.

Officially debuting during National Tequila Day celebrations on Friday, July 24, The Tequila Garden reflects Tacombi’s continued investment in Miami and its vision for creating destinations that feel as authentic and welcoming as the neighborhoods they serve.

“Miami has always felt like a natural home for Tacombi,” said Amelia Riba, Chief Executive Officer of Tacombi. “The city’s appreciation for outdoor dining, incredible hospitality, fresh seafood, and vibrant culture mirrors so much of what we love about Mexico. Summer in Mexico is our invitation for guests to slow down, gather with friends, and experience that spirit right here in Brickell.”

Throughout the evening on July 24, guests will enjoy a free tuna tostada with a purchase of a cocktail or non-alcoholic cocktail (frozen margarita and pina colada not included), chef-curated bites, music, and the opportunity to be among the first to experience The Tequila Garden as Brickell’s newest destination for golden-hour gatherings and late-night celebrations.

While many restaurants celebrate National Tequila Day with a single-day promotion, Tacombi is using the occasion to introduce an entirely new seasonal experience that will continue throughout the summer, featuring rotating cocktail features, community events, hospitality nights, creator gatherings, and neighborhood programming.

“The Tequila Garden isn’t just a patio,” added Riba. “It’s a place where people can reconnect with friends, celebrate the flavors of Mexico, and enjoy everything we believe great hospitality should feel like.”

The new Tuna Tostada will be available beginning Wednesday, July 22, at both Tacombi Miami locations, while Summer in Mexico programming will continue throughout the season.
