Widely recognized as one of America’s favorite epicurean celebrations, the Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival (SOBEWFF®) returns to EAT. DRINK. EDUCATE. February 22 – 26, 2017.

Benefiting the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University, tickets are on sale now for more than 90 events. The line-up for the 16th annual Festival includes an array of unique dinner experiences, signature tastings, late-night parties, seminars, the return of the Taste Fort Lauderdale Series, and more, taking place at locations throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

Pinch Kitchen and Ghee Indian Kitchen Team Up for the 5th Edition of Craft Collab

Every few months, the Pinch Kitchen team hosts a collaboration dinner with some of South Florida’s culinary giants. On January 30, the fifth installment of the Craft Collab series featured Chef Niven Patel of Ghee Indian Kitchen, which is set to open in Downtown Dadeland later this year.

The family-style affair served as a sneak peek of Chef Patel’s new eatery and put three of Miami’s top chefs under one roof. Together with Chef Patel, Pinch’s John Gallo and Rene Reyes cooked up a multi-course masterpiece of a menu that left us even more excited for Ghee Indian Kitchen and the future of this dinner series.
