Fontainebleau is kicking off Miami Spice with a bang. This year, guests can expect hotel signatures and AAA Four Diamond winners Hakkasan and Scarpetta by Scott Conant to join the fun along with StripSteak by Michael Mina.
Throughout the months of August and September, all three of the restaurants will offer Miami Spice dining seven days a week.
Like we’ve mentioned in earlier posts, hotels make Miami Spice dining so easy. Everything’s in one spot, so it’s relatively effortless to spend a day stuffing your face with delicious deals. At Fontainebleau Miami Beach, almost every restaurant on-site is taking part in the two-month promotion. Last week, we had a chance to dine around the property. Here are the highlights.
