Pubbelly Burger Week Pays a Visit to Downtown Miami

Last summer, we had a chance to take part in Pubbelly’s popular PB Burger series with fellow food writers and influencers. Each of us worked with Pubbelly’s Jose Mendin to create a custom burger that would sit on the menu alongside the restaurant’s signature items.

If you missed out on the series last time, you’re in luck: It’s Pubbelly Burger Week at Downtown Miami’s Pubbelly Station. An extension of the two-month summer series, Pubbelly Burger Week features 10 different burgers for the taking. This time, though, Chef Mendin worked with Chefs Guillermo Concha and Craig Wolsk on the burgers — and they’re only here for one week.

PB Station: Don’t Miss This Downtown Miami Stop

When we first heard a Pubbelly restaurant would be opening on the mainland, our ears perked up. We love the PB boys, but making it out to the beach to visit their restaurants can sometimes be a hassle. After learning that PB Station would open with the Langford Hotel in Downtown Miami, we waited for construction of the building to finish. And waited. And waited some more.

The hotel, which was scheduled to open last year, finally opened a little over a month ago, and so did PB Station. The New American craft eatery is designed to look like a train station — think Grand Central, not Metrorail — and it certainly took us for a tasty ride. We liked it all, but here’s what we liked the most about this new Downtown hotspot.
