Celebrate Cinco de Mayo beachside at Cantina Beach at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami. With a thatched palapa roof, tiki torches, fire pit and endless blue ocean, it’s the perfect backdrop for a fiesta. On Thursday, May 5 from 5PM to 10PM, celebrate with unlimited street food action stations for $60++ per person including Barbacoa Taco, Mexican Grilled Street Corn and Churro stations, $10 margarita specials, colorful entertainment and live music. Guests will also enjoy specials ‘de la cocina’ including corn tortilla chips, borracho chicken, fajita de camarones, tres leche and more.

CORSAIR Kitchen & Bar

Discover which brew pairs best with Mexican-inspired cuisine at this special Cinco de Mayo edition of JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa’s monthly beer dinner series Crafted by Corsair at Corsair Kitchen & Bar. Featuring J. Wakefield brewing, the night begins with a Stush Berliner Weiss welcome cocktail followed by a four-course meal meticulously crafted by Executive Chef Gordon Maybury and Chef de Cuisine Derrick Connor. Each course is perfectly paired with brews from the independently-owned craft brewery and taproom.

For the first course, guests can enjoy Florida Ceviche, a local Florida catch with lime, orange, pickled red onion, jalapeno, cilantro and yucca chips paired with Slammin Bones, a New England Style IPA. The feast continues with Street Tacos, which feature Wagyu, charred onion and avocado, served with chipotle crema, mango pepper salsa, queso fresco on a white corn tortilla paired with Socarrot, a Japanese Rice Lager. The third course continues with Chicken Roulade, with coconut curry, saffron rice, tricolor cauliflower and kale chips paired with El Jefe, a traditional German Hefeweizen.

End on a sweet note with a Napoleon, crispy pastry with vanilla ricotta cream, berry compote, chocolate sauce and raspberry coulis paired with That’s No Moon, an Imperial stout. Celebrate Cinco de Mayo the right way at Orno at THesis Hotel as the restaurant presents Volume III of the tasting series called Library Libations. On Thursday, May 5 at 7:30 P.M. attendees will enjoy a tequila tasting with Don Julio. The intimate evening will commence with a welcome cocktail ft. Don Julio 70 and passed bites. Guests will then take a seat inside The Library, Orno’s private dining room, for a 4-course meal by Chef Niven paired with another delicious cocktail followed by a tasting of Don Julio 1942, Primavera and Ultima (worth 1k per bottle)!
