Poké lovers, rejoice: BLT Prime is now serving up the Hawaiian dish all month long. On April 3, the steakhouse at the Trump National in Doral kicked off this latest blackboard special, which involves a delicious poké that changes weekly.
While the seafood dish has a firm footing on the West Coast, poké takes a backseat here in South Florida, where ramen and similar plates hog the spotlight. But if our experience at the BLT Prime media dinner was any indication, poké deserves a fair share of attention.
On March 21st, top tennis stars and chefs converged at the W South Beach for one of our favorite parties of the year: Taste of Tennis. The event, which celebrated its 2nd year, helped kick off the Miami Open tennis tournament in Key Biscayne.
