Thompson, a 32-year-old former Air Force medic, has made a name for himself over the years tending bar at some of Miami’s top restaurants and watering holes including Broken Shaker, Ball & Chain and, more recently, The Local Craft Food + Drink. This is Tootsie. She’s a tiny, beautiful girl around 6-7 years old. She’s full of love and enjoys getting and giving kisses! She’s considered special needs as her back legs don’t work so well.
