New Fall Menu at Bulla
Bulla Gastrobar is celebrating the season with a delectable fall dinner menu debuting on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at all locations. Guests can look forward to a fresh selection of seasonal dishes, curated by Culinary Director Felix Plasencia, which highlight the rich, comforting flavors of Fall and Bulla’s signature Spanish-inspired cuisine.
The menu starts off with appetizer highlights including a Cream of Butternut Squash Soup, topped with fresh cracked pepper and Spanish paprika, served with a toasted cheese crostini for dipping. Other seasonal appetizers include the Clams with Chorizo cooked in a white wine and homemade chicken stock sauce served with diced tomatoes, basil, and a slice of toasted baguette; and Croquetas de Queso, made with a blend of Idiazabel and Manchego cheeses.
The menu continues with entrees such as Braised Brisket Caldoso, accompanied with a Valencia style rice with red sofrito, piquillo confit, crispy chick peas served in a warm cazuela; and a Branzino Con Papas Arrugadas which is seared on the grill in a creamy lemon and caper sauce and paired with traditional Canarian-style salted potatoes. For a sweet finish, guests can indulge in the Pumpkin Crema Catalana, a Fall twist on the classic crème brûlée with a silky custard base topped with fresh berries and a caramelized sugar topping.
To complement the experience, enjoy a new signature cocktail: The Banana Old Fashioned. Crafted with Maker’s Mark Bourbon, banana syrup, and chocolate bitters, it’s the perfect smooth drink for Fall. A non-alcoholic option is the Pear Fizz, a crisp blend of fresh pear puree, ginger beer, and cinnamon.
